Nassau | Tuesday, Jan 06, 2026 | Tuesday, Jan 06, 2026 |
You'll recall sunning and strolling on a seemingly endless white sand beach. Or relaxing in the shade of coconut palms. You'll remember the crystal-clear water and the multicolored tropical fish. And you'll certainly recollect the graceful gestures of the uniformed "bobbies" directing traffic in the bustling downtown. Nassau will delight you in many ways. With its colorful Colonial architecture. With the warmth of its people. And with the infectious music of steel drums. It's very likely you'll leave this happy place with lots of duty-free gifts and mementos and at least one straw hat. | ||

Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. The "Fit to Travel" note should be faxed to the Access Department at 1-954-628-9622. If you have already booked a cruise or Cruisetour and do not meet this requirement, please call Celebrity at 1-866-592-7225 or email them at info@specialneedsgroup.com.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Celebrity ships are designated as non-smoking. However, Celebrity does recognize that some guests smoke. Therefore, cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any guest stateroom, nor on any guest veranda. If a guest is in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250USD will be applied to their SeaPass account and the guest may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. A guest must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard. Additionally, there is a non-smoking policy on all components of the land tour portion of all Celebrity Cruises cruisetour products.
Celebrity Cruises is happy to accommodate many different kinds of dietary needs in the Main Dining Room to enhance your cruise vacation. Once you have booked your cruise, send your special dietary request to SpecialNeeds@celebrity.com or call 1-866-592-7225.
Food Allergies
Celebrity's entire team is extensively trained to handle these special needs. Just speak with your Maître d' onboard and he or she will ensure your requirements are met. In the Marketplace, speak with the Manager who can answer any of your questions about ingredients in the dishes.
Vegetarian Dining
Celebrity offers a separate 14-day Vegetarian Menu that also contains at least one Vegan Selection in every category (appetizers, soups, salads, entrée) each night of your vacation. Look for the leaf icon to find the vegetarian dishes on the Main Dining Room menu.
Kosher Meals
In addition to the current selection of complimentary kosher meals, there is also a selection of Premium Kosher Meals. High quality, made-from-scratch dishes are Glatt Kosher certified and prepared under the strict supervision of the O.U. and USDA. Pricing is per item and prices are subject to change. If you wish to partake of either the standard or premium kosher meals, you must notify Celebrity 60 days in advance of your departure date. Premium Kosher Meals must be ordered onboard 24 hours in advance.
No Sugar Added Desserts
To accommodate guests with sensitivity to sugar, there is a selection of delicious, mouth-watering desserts with no added sugar. Available in all the onboard restaurants. Just look for the diamond symbol on the menu.
Other Dietary Needs
Lactose-intolerant? Need baby food? Or gluten-free dishes? Just ask and Celebrity will do their best to provide you with delicious alternatives.
Celebrity is committed to providing all its guests with an unrivaled cruise vacation. Their extensive attention to detail will make your vacation one that knows no boundaries.
Dialysis
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis are welcome to board all Celebrity Cruises vessels. However, Celebrity Cruises does not have the ability to assist or administer hemo-dialysis treatments. Guests should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to sailing. Please contact Celebrity for more information on policies and procedures.
Oxygen
All types of oxygen are permitted onboard. Please notify Celebrity as to quantity, type and delivery schedule. Each vessel has a different storage policy. However, you will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom.
Mobile Disabilities
Every ship in the Celebrity fleet was designed with every guest's need in mind. You'll find wide, spacious corridors, to allow 180° turns for wheelchairs. Most decks are accessible through automatic doors, and all public rooms feature entrances with gradual inclines.
Celebrity will provide complimentary wheelchair assistance for embarkation and disembarkation only.
If you would like to have a wheelchair during the cruise, there is a limited supply of wheelchairs available on the ships. Please contact the Access Department if you would like to make a reservation for a wheelchair. If you want to ensure you will have a wheelchair or scooter onboard, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from one of these approved vendors. They will deliver the mobility device to your stateroom on the ship:

Guests may bring and use wheelchairs, mobility scooters and other assistive devices onboard the ships. Due to safety regulations, Segways may not be used onboard.
Assistive devices including mobility scooters must be stored and recharged in your stateroom so fire doors, corridors and elevator lobbies are kept clear for emergency evacuation. When parked throughout the ship, they must be parked out of the way to allow safe and easy access by other guests and crewmembers.
Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. Celebrity offers accessible staterooms which have wider doorways measuring at least 32 inches wide and may accommodate larger devices. If you have an assistive device larger than 32 inches wide, please contact the Access Department for assistance.
Please note: Crewmembers are NOT permitted to lift assistive devices.
Accessible Staterooms
Accessible staterooms are designed with wider doors, roll-in showers, grab bars and other special features for guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities that require the use of the accessible features of that stateroom.
Accessible staterooms are held for people with disabilities until all other non-accessible staterooms in that category are reserved. Upon reserving an accessible stateroom, Celebrity requires that guests acknowledge the need for the accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form.
If a guest is booked in an accessible stateroom and they do not have a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the features that are provided in the accessible stateroom, they may be moved at any time to a non-accessible stateroom in order to accommodate a guest with a disability. Please note that Celebrity will investigate and take action on potential misuse of accessible staterooms where there is good cause to believe that such staterooms have been booked fraudulently.
For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an email to special_needs@celebrity.com, or have your travel professional contact Celebrity.
Boarding Accessibility
Airport Transportation - If requested in advance, Celebrity can arrange for accessible transportation to transfer guests between the airport and the pier. This service is offered at no extra charge to their air/sea guests or those who have purchased cruise-only transfers. Accessible transportation may be limited or not available outside the U.S. Contact your travel agent or Celebrity for details.
Extra Assistance at the Pier - Celebrity Cruises offers boarding and departure assistance with wheelchairs to guests with mobility disabilities. Request assistance once you arrive at the pier or contact Celebrity prior to your cruise so that they may prioritize your assistance to go onboard. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance.
Many ports provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters. However due to various conditions - such as steepness of the gangway, tendering, weather, tidal and sea conditions, and shore-side facilities - guests using assistive devices may be precluded from getting on or off the ship.
Celebrity will make reasonable efforts to assist guests, but for safety reasons, their staff is not permitted to lift guests or equipment. Assistance with manual wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc. will be provided.
Assistance Onboard - Celebrity will provide reasonable mobility assistance to guests in accessing areas of the ship that are not accessible.
Traveling from Ship to Shore - At some ports, the ship will anchor off shore, and guests are taken to shore by small boats called tenders. Even if the ship is scheduled to dock at a pier, it can change to tendering.
Guests with assistive devices who are unable to take a few steps will be unable to board tenders unless roll-on capability is available.
In order to safely board most tenders, guests must be able to take steps and use a collapsible manual wheelchair. In addition, motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters can not be taken on tenders, unless roll-on capability is available. Inquire about tender roll-on capability at the Guest Relations Desk while on board. Please note roll-on capability is not guaranteed.
Weather, sea conditions and other factors may preclude tendering. Safety of the guests and crew is the primary consideration, and the Captain and his staff will make the final decision regarding transferring guests and their assistive devices based on safety reasons.
If guests are unable to tender or disembark due to these circumstances, there will be no refund or credit for missed ports. While Celebrity recognizes your disappointment, the safety of guests and crew takes precedence.
Hearing Disabilities
Celebrity accommodates guests who are deaf and hard of hearing by providing them with technological advancements wherever and whenever possible. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please request and complete the Guest Special Needs Form from Celebrity. For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an e-mail to special_needs@celebrity.com, or contact your travel professional.
Amenities for Hearing Impaired Guests include:
Visual Disabilities
Celebrity has made the cruise experience as effortless as possible for guests who are blind or have low vision. Some Celebrity ships incorporate Braille in public areas and elevators. As always, crew and staff are on hand to assist in every way at any time. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please request and complete the Guest Special Needs Form from Celebrity. For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an e-mail to special_needs@celebrity.com, or contact your travel professional.
Amenities for Vision Impaired Guests include:
Service Animals
Celebrity warmly welcomes service dogs on all ships except those sailing to the United Kingdom (UK) due to DEFRA regulations. Please note: pets are NOT permitted onboard.
A service dog is defined as "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability." Service dogs are not considered pets. Evidence that a dog is a service dog is helpful, but not required (such as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses and/or tags or the credible verbal assurance of the person with a disability using the animal).
Celebrity will provide 4 feet by 4 feet relief areas with cypress mulch to accommodate service dogs. Sod for sailings from the U.S. can be provided if requested in advance and is available. Relief areas are provided on a shared basis with other service dogs onboard. Please note that The Lawn Club on Solstice class ships is not designated as a relief area. Please notify the Access Department at time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing, if a service dog relief area is needed.
Service dogs are permitted to accompany the person with a disability in all public areas, including dining venues. While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or other restraining device. Due to health regulations, service dogs are not permitted in pools, whirlpools or spas.
Care and supervision of the service animal is the sole responsibility of the owner. The ships are not required to provide food or care for the animal. Guests may bring a reasonable quantity of food and bowls for the dog onboard the ship at no additional charge. If refrigerated space is needed, notify the Access Department at time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing.
Guests are responsible for obtaining all required permits for service dogs to depart the ship in non-U.S. ports. Guest must carry a copy with them on the ship, and leave a copy with the Guest Relations Desk after boarding the ship.
To obtain specific information on required documents for service dogs, please visit the U. S. Department of Agriculture's website. All documentation and immunization requirements are established by government authorities and not Celebrity Cruises. Please note requirements are subject to change without notice.
If the guest chooses to disembark the ship at a port at which the service dog must remain onboard, the guest must make arrangements to ensure that the dog is cared for. Note that the ship's staff is not required to care for the dog, nor can the dog be left in the stateroom unattended.
Internet access is available in the Internet Café 24 hours a day until debarkation is completed.
Guests can also connect to the Internet on each ship in the Celebrity fleet, either by accessing a 24/7 wireless connection "hotspot", or utilizing the resources of the Internet Café located onboard. Depending on class of ship, you can access the Internet from your stateroom. On Solstice Class chips, the full ship is wireless; on Millennium Class ships you may be able to access wireless service from your stateroom based on where the closest hotspot is located. Pros: Excellent service and entertainment
Cons: Disembarkation was not pleasent
Review: We were in the concierge group. Were directed to the restaurant's 4th level, There was no coffee, nor any snacks. We were informed that we would served breakfast, but it was a total fiasco. No one came to see how we were doing.
perfect size, outstanding dining and staff, plentiful specialty options
Pros: perfect size, outstanding dining and staff, plentiful specialty options
Cons: no retreat sundeck
Review: The Reflection is not new, but it is beautifully maintained, and our Celebrity Suite was as nice as any we've experienced. The staff was outstanding, and the service and food in Luminae were excellent. The old style Michael's Club stands in place of the Retreat Lounge, and it is warm and inviting. The bartending and host teams in Michael's Club were 10:10.
always clean room and ship, great employees, especially the housekeepers who would clean our room and went beyond to please me and my husband, twice a day..
Pros: always clean room and ship, great employees, especially the housekeepers who would clean our room and went beyond to please me and my husband, twice a day..
Cons: Not many attractions at night, dinner menu was almost the same every night, credit a board was not given to my husband as previously aboard the Edge in 2020, first time in Aruba and we got lost outside the ship, therefore we lost our shore excursion and after paid for a taxi to come back to the ship and explain what happened, was denied a refund, that for me isn't much for your company, around $ 160.00. Had beverage basic package that included Pina Colada and Mudslide drinks, some waiters started charging me on the last days and I didn't see this happen aboard the Edge in 2020.
Review: I'm part of the Basket Weaving Group and got to go on my first cruise in 2018 aboard Silhouette that was an amazing experience even if we didn't stop on the Antiqua Island (due high waves...?). In 2020, we went aboard on the new Edge, that was completely different, better in several ways, but not so very satisfied with the dinner menu again. All employees and crew were amazing and so our big veranda, what I can't say about the one at the Reflection: some of the furniture were worn out and on my first shower, the water almost flooded the bathroom. So, i had to report and one of our housekeeps (KUDOS TO HIM!) found out that the drain was full of hair from previous guests, I believe. Not only I don't know what happened to my husband credit, but very disappointed for not receiving the reimbursement from a shore trip we didn't make for getting lost with a 3 ships crowd outside and dozens of souvenirs stores.
Great if looking for no kids on cruise.
Pros: Great if looking for no kids on cruise.
Cons: Hard to find space when want to sit by pool or see a show that is not in theater.
Review: Geared toward older crowd. Maybe seen 5 kids whole time. Food is always great. Dining and theater shows are amazing.
Overall service
Pros: Overall service
Cons: Dining room service and food
Review: I looked forward to being on the Reflection again after two consecutive cruises on the Edge. I have always liked the main dining room experience over the years. However on this cruise, I was a bit dissapointed. Waiter/Asst. Waiter service was okay. They took our order and delivered our food. No extra friendly banter; just doing their job. Sommelier had 33 tables to serve so never got to know my wife's and my taste for wines. Didn't have the time to recommend anything off the wine list because if we did order one, she would have to make a special trip to the wine storage area and that would cut into her time servicing other tables. On several occasions, our wine order wasn't taken until after the appetizer was served. I don't think it was her fault, Opus dining room seemed to be understaffed. Food quality and portions seemed to have decreases since my last cruise on the Edge (4/23). While I'm not an epicurean, at my age (79) I still appreciate the taste of well prepared food. The food in Opus did not meet my expectation on this cruise. Food was good; not great. Murano still a great dining experience. Penny-pinching was evident as well. I generally have a can of Coca-cola at lunch - if I eat lunch. Noticed the can was 333 ml or 11.2 ounces. The "standard" soda can size is 12 oz. That said, one is still charged $4.00/can even though you're getting a smaller amount of fluid. Only went to one "main" show so can't really comment on the entertainment. Because the ship just returned from a trans-Atlantic crossing, the US Coast Guard had to inspect it. This added significant time to the embarkation process.
Recommend concierge level. Staff and crew fabulous. Food was fantastic. Excursions were great. In all, highly recommend.
Pros: Recommend concierge level. Staff and crew fabulous. Food was fantastic. Excursions were great. In all, highly recommend.
Cons: Can't think of any
Review: This is our second cruise. Both with celebrity. Neither disappointed us. 1st was Alaska, 2nd was Carribbean. Loved them both.
Great staff service, food, excursions
Pros: Great staff service, food, excursions
Cons: Wifi barely worked, had to pay for travel from port to airport, not enough outlets in state room
Review: Wifi working was non-existent even though we paid for package. Celebrity is suppose to be an upscale cruise company. With what we paid, transportation should be provided to airport. No outlets near the bed for charging phone. Decor was outdated.
Ship’s staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, good cabin layout, quiet rooms, excellent spa services, specialty dining was excellent
Pros: Ship’s staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, good cabin layout, quiet rooms, excellent spa services, specialty dining was excellent
Cons: Mediocre food in main dining room, expensive shore excursions were inconsistent in living up to their descriptions in the Celebrity app, always trying to upsell.
Review: We enjoyed an excellent sailing experience on the Reflection. The seas were smooth and the Ship’s staff was wonderful - always ready to help with a smile! The size of the ship seemed manageable. The food in the specialty restaurants was very good - much better than the dining room. We booked as Aqua class but I think in hindsight, I’d have simply saved the $$ and booked as a veranda stateroom. (They give you the ability to “bid” to upgrade your cabin shortly before sailing if you’d like.) I think we’d be comfortable booking our own excursions directly with local tour operators next time. Spa services were just wonderful - highly recommend massages, facials, etc., but be prepared for the “product sell” at the end of the appointment. We did so much during the day that we were too tired for the shows, but I can say the live music throughout the ship’s bars and public spaces was really great!
Beautiful, well maintained ship, and excellent excursions.
Pros: Beautiful, well maintained ship, and excellent excursions.
Cons: None!
Review: We loved every moment of our honeymoon aboard the Celebrity Reflection. We can't wait for our next trip!
Food - Service - Value
Pros: Food - Service - Value
Cons: Port Changes
Review: Coming out of Covid has some positives & negatives. Big positive is that this sailing was 1/3 full which meant no lines...easy boarding and leaving the ship. Negative was after booking with 4 destination ports went down to just 2 (Jamaica and Cozumel). Both ports have tight security and without a cruise ship excursion you are relegated to the market/vendor area next to ship. Food was diverse and excellent quality. Premium drink package was a bargain.

Ports of Call: Sufficient Time in Most of the Ports; Good Food; Excellent On-Board Entertainment
Pros: Ports of Call: Sufficient Time in Most of the Ports; Good Food; Excellent On-Board Entertainment
Cons: Time in LeHavre (Paris) was too short to visit Paris.
Review: The passengers on this ship were mostly senior adults and the staff/entertainment/activities/food were well-suited for that age group. The staff was very friendly (in most cases) and the ship was in great shape. The on-boarding and off-boarding experiences were among the best I've ever had! The 12 day cruise from Amsterdam to Barcelona around the Iberian Peninsula was great. Some very interesting and less-frequently visited spots.
Service, food, itenerary and very lucky with the weather
Pros: Service, food, itenerary and very lucky with the weather
Cons: none
Review: Had a great time and a beautiful experience well worth the price.
The Ports, the food, the crew
Pros: The Ports, the food, the crew
Cons: Entertainment, Bar and Al Baccio service
Review: I highly recommend this cruise as the destinations were wonderful. Starting in Amsterdam, each city and country visited presented great experiences. Some of the entertainment on board was good, but some was not. Disappointed in how long it took to get service in the Ensemble Lounge and Al Baccio Coffee Bar. The ship was clean, all crew members were friendly and overall the service provided was very good. There were only a few activities that interested us on sea days. Previous cruises included more cooking demos for example. As always, Blu was worth the upgrade to Aquaclass.
Ship, staff, food and activites were wonderful.
Pros: Ship, staff, food and activites were wonderful.
Cons: *It would be convenient if the daily activity planner was posted mid-ship to check on location for events. *The dancers and singers were terrific but I was disappointed in the story line of the shows.
Review: Our cabin #6271 was noisy at night. It was not from surrounding cabins. It sounded like furniture being moved.
Food, staff, and entertainment were great.
Pros: Food, staff, and entertainment were great.
Cons: None
Review: This ship and cruise from Dublin to Amsterdam was a fun trip. The excursions we took were wonderful. With the exception of one guide, the guides were knowledgeable and very anxious to impart information. In the case of that one guide, those in charge made amends. We love the Celebrity line of ships and this one met our expectations and went beyond.
The itinerary was a must see destination. Special countries to visit.
Pros: The itinerary was a must see destination. Special countries to visit.
Cons: The ships decor was underwhelming and at times cold but the staff made up for this with their warmth.
Review: There are many under utilized spots on the ship. Ie Sushi Bar, the porch. Mast Grill advertised as open never was. Given the route a public pub like Norwegian has would be welcome. The shows were outstanding. We really enjoyed our trip.
Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, pleasant, and always willing to please.
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, pleasant, and always willing to please.
Cons: Nothing to report
Review: All needs were tended to promptly and courteously.

Beautiful ship; friendly, professional crew; nice ports of call
Pros: Beautiful ship; friendly, professional crew; nice ports of call
Cons: on-board shops pricey
Review: This was another great, relaxing cruise on Celebrity. The crew is very helpful and professional. There are a lot of on-board activities and entertainment. We met a lot of nice people from all over the world.
Thankful there was a priest on board for Easter
Pros: Thankful there was a priest on board for Easter
Cons: one only the pool chairs are so close you can't get in or out
Review: The crew, entertainment was amazing I had a great time looking forward to my next one. Hope Celebrity keeps a priest or any other faiths on board many of us on board we very happy to able to go to mass at sea. I want to thank all the crew for making our trip wonderful.
10 glorious days with daughter and son-in law! Service was excellent and food was superior!
Pros: 10 glorious days with daughter and son-in law! Service was excellent and food was superior!
Cons: Son-in-law's bucket list golf game was aborted while on the way as course pre-empted their time with a shot gun start! They were returned to the ship

Pros: great food, excellent service, beautiful ship
Cons: poor entertainment
Review: one of the nicest ships we have been on- ship is very beautiful-easy to get around on--many ship extras such as hideaways, lots of chairs scattered all over the ship, very friendly staff- very helpful when we needed assistance for medical problem. Food and food service is superior--great layout of buffet-easy to use-very good selection-superior quality Main dining room food is just shy of excellent--terrific service.
Overall helpfulness and friendliness of crew and staff
Pros: Overall helpfulness and friendliness of crew and staff
Cons: Overall none
Review: It was a positive adventure cruising along the seas while enjoying the ship's many things to do on-board, and port excursions and some times exploring ports on our own.
The entertainers brought on was best we ever had on any cruise
Pros: The entertainers brought on was best we ever had on any cruise
Cons: The menu has not changed in a long time.
Review: Ship is very nice and well kept. We had a standard balcony cabin on deck 7. Biggest complaint about the cabin is there was almost no storage space to put things away especially doing a long cruise. We and several other people, had to put a piece of luggage on the sofa and work from that.
Suite clas offered so many extra perks
Pros: Suite clas offered so many extra perks
Cons: Luggage claiming area very confusing
Review: The cruise was our second Celebrity Cruise that we elected to book a suite. As a suite class member you have your own private dining room the Lumane where the service and food is incredible. A private Members Only bar the Michael’s Club. Then to top it all off our butler service was more than we expected. Overall, we have done several different cruise lines but I’m certain we will choose Celebrity in the future.
Everthing was great.
Pros: Everthing was great.
Cons: Can't think of any.
Review: Terrific staff. All cruise lines should train their crews the same way as Celebrity.

Pros: Lots of tasty food choices, very friendly and attentive service, great entertainment and shore excursion options
Cons: spa services very overpriced
Review: We had a wonderful time, largely thanks to very attentive and very friendly crew. We have alerady booked our next cruise, also with Celebrity, of course.
Awesome Aqua Class perks and service - Blue dining staff is the best !
Pros: Awesome Aqua Class perks and service - Blue dining staff is the best !
Cons: Not enough storage space in stateroom - too many
Review: Other than service dogs we don't want to see comfort dogs all over the place Love this ship but thinking of going a little smaller - anxious to try the refurbished Millenium. All in all a great trip !
Staff, Food, Drinks, overall look of the ship
Pros: Staff, Food, Drinks, overall look of the ship
Cons: none
Review: The staff, especially the bar crew, made our cruise fun and memorable. The ship is beautiful. The food was exceptional. All inclusive cruising (drink package option) is the way to go.
Some of their specialty restaurants (not all are great), suite amenities, ship design
Pros: Some of their specialty restaurants (not all are great), suite amenities, ship design
Cons: Large ship
Review: A great ship for beginning or experienced cruisers. There are options for specialty restaurants (try Murano and Tuscan Grille; skip Lawn Club, Porch and Qsine). Suite dwellers get to add Luminae which is very good; we did not try Opus, the Main Dining Room, on this ship but it was so-so on Solstice (sister ship) in December.
nice ship, very tasty food, good entertainment
Pros: nice ship, very tasty food, good entertainment
Cons: Staff is clueless about most things. Often you get the run-around and become exasperated. It's as if they are new to the ship!
Review: Yesinia, on the other hand is fabulous! She is in the buffet and speciality restaurant. Thank you for having such a pleasant professional staff in the Speciality restaurants; Tuscan, Qsine, Murano.
Good Ship
Pros: Good Ship
Cons: Stop charging for water on Celebrity-sponsored shore excursions; especially adding on the 18% gratuity.
Review: Stop charging for water on Celebrity-sponsored shore excursions; especially adding on the 18% gratuity. Also, STOP SELLING every waking moment while on board!!!!!
Very nice ship, suite was lovely., staff friendly and effecient, food good
Pros: Very nice ship, suite was lovely., staff friendly and effecient, food good
Cons: Dinner entrees not always hot. Excursions somewhat disappointing.
Review: A very pleasant vacation. A nice way for a family to be together. The program for children was appreciated.
Wonderful staff, updated interiors with great stores for browsing, great food, great balcony chairs.
Pros: Wonderful staff, updated interiors with great stores for browsing, great food, great balcony chairs.
Cons: Miss the promenade deck, jogging track not the same. Skip the grass and add more deck space with lounge chairs. Uncover the solarium for more sunshine. Solarium deck was extremely slippery and dangerous on day one - should be replaced.
Review: Overall, enjoyed the cruise. However, in its effort to be a modern ship, it has done away with some of the joys of cruising. I especially missed the promenade deck. It is a peaceful and relaxing way to get some exercise, most times of the day and in most weather conditions. It also encourages other walkers to walk in the evenings. The jogging track was almost empty in the evenings, along with the walking area on Deck 5. Not pleasant for walking. The floor in the solarium was extremely slippery on the first night. We were warned, but the area should have been roped off and the floor replaced. It was like a sheet of ice. Also, something is wrong with the balance of the solarium, grassy area, pool and deck chairs. The deck chairs were crowded around with pool area and upper deck, and yet, the large solarium was often hardly used with many empty chairs. I don't remember the ceiling being opened on nice days - something that is done on other cruise liners. The grassy area seems a waste, when there is such a need to spread out the deck chairs.
Staff
Pros: Staff

Review: I will go again
Lawn Club Grill was excellent
Pros: Lawn Club Grill was excellent
Cons: None!
Review: Even though the weather didn't cooperate the first three days, I still had a great time. As long as I am on a ship rather than at home, I am a happy girl!
Great food, and creative entertainment. Super atmosphere for adults with well located dance venues.
Pros: Great food, and creative entertainment. Super atmosphere for adults with well located dance venues.
Cons: Not enough time to do everything.
Review: Easy access to the Port of Miami with the opening of the new tunnel which eliminates having to go through downtown Miami. The only regret with the Reflection is that Celebrity is eliminating the 7-day eastern Caribbean itinerary in favor of longer 10-11 day cruises to other destinations.
Great value, very relaxing, excellent service
Pros: Great value, very relaxing, excellent service
Cons: One elevator out of service
Review: .
Stateroom attendant was excellent.
Pros: Stateroom attendant was excellent.
Cons: Wine lady appeared to be better than she was
Review: Good ship, travel agent was excellent, enjoyed week.
great crew, beautiful ship, food B rating
Pros: great crew, beautiful ship, food B rating
Cons: ROOMS NOISY, entertainment C rating
Review: Nothing on ship or from Preferred for solo travelers. Do not plan lunch for "widows." The last thing I want to do is eat with only widows. Mix couples in with widows. Shore excursion on St. Kitts big rip off. I paid $119 and got to "touch" a dolphin. Others in my group felt cheated too. Another group of 5 paid $150 and got to swim with dolphins - just three feet away from our group. I went on this trip to swim with dolphins, but I guess I did not read the fine print.
Great Dining Options/Suite Service is Superlative
Pros: Great Dining Options/Suite Service is Superlative
Cons: Bar Service is Slow/Lack of Deck Chairs on Sea Days
Review: Signature Suites are some of the loveliest on the seas, our butler cared for all our needs and we loved the private area on the ship for these suites.

Review: After being on over 15 cruises, this was out first on Celebrity. The whole family did enjoy our week on The Reflection.
Lovely, modern ship. Great food. Wonderful staff. Fantastic entertainment. Superb martini bar and specialty coffee bar.
Pros: Lovely, modern ship. Great food. Wonderful staff. Fantastic entertainment. Superb martini bar and specialty coffee bar.
Cons: No Cons
Review: This was our first time sailing with Celebrity. After only 2 days on board, we booked another cruise for next November. There was plenty to do both on the ship and on shore. The food was delicious and there were lots of choices. The Martini Bar was very unique with a frozen counter and talented bartenders. Lots of after hours parties. With so much to do, it was still very relaxing. Loved it!

Clean, beautiful ship, room, everything was great
Pros: Clean, beautiful ship, room, everything was great
Cons: To many rules with getting drinks on unlimited package, a bit of a game
Review: Really enjoyed it. The demographic of the ships passengers was a bit over the top on alternative lifestyles for us
Cleanliness, Food quality, staff friendliness
Pros: Cleanliness, Food quality, staff friendliness
Cons: some wait times (not always)
Review: This was our first cruise and based on our opinion and the opinions of at least 10 other people, this is one of the best cruise lines out there. The ship was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and the food was very good and plentiful. Because of the number of people, there are times where you may have to wait a few minutes for your drink of food, depending on where you are at the time. Getting on and off the ship was simple in all ports.
Terrific ports, fabulous ship
Pros: Terrific ports, fabulous ship

Review: Lovely cruise with a warm temperature and a quiet crossing.
Friendly staff. Spacious cabins. Lots of storage space. Very clean. Room was qiuet
Pros: Friendly staff. Spacious cabins. Lots of storage space. Very clean. Room was qiuet
Cons: Choices of places to dine without having to pay a fee. The main dining facility is good but we would have enjoyed being able to go to different places without an additional charge. We did pay two of the days and it was worth the price. The beverage package is a MUST but since you are paying it should automatically be the premium package. We upgraded once we figured that part out.
Review:
Food was good, arrival and disembarkment was smooth, and the four perks were excellent
Pros: Food was good, arrival and disembarkment was smooth, and the four perks were excellent
Cons: Generally speaking, the employees did not appear to be friendly unlike other Celebrity cruises we have been on. The exceptions were our stateroom attendant Bryan and our head table waiter Anil who always went out of their way to accommodate us.
Review: We were surprised to experience that many of the speciality accommodations that has always set Celebrity apart from other cruise lines were either missing altogether or had to be requested. We had requested a table of eight but on the first night we were seated at a table for two directly in the pathway of waiters running in and out of the kitchen. After standing in line to speak to the maitre'd, as we approached him, he seemed very perturb and defensive before I could finish my first sentence. This was not a good ending to a day in which we had already dealt with a ship issue in which toilets were over flowing each time it was flushed! Our room was one of the rooms that had this mechanical issue! Maintenance was quick to respond and explain the problem they were experiencing at the time. We were please with their follow up but the fact remains that things were not going all that great for the first day on board. Than, for the maitre'd to have an attitude before we finished our first sentence was unsettling.
Beautiful ship, great personnel, wonderful fun
Pros: Beautiful ship, great personnel, wonderful fun

Review: The Reflection is a beautiful ship and it's personnel are proud to serve aboard. I enjoyed,as always, the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of the Celebrity family. The amenities found on deck 15 .... to include the grass lawn are super. I especially had some wonderful help from my concierge Ilaria Terenzoni. ..kudos to her for going above and beyond. I also had an unscheduled interaction with the medical staff and found them to be very helpful and professional .

Beautiful ship.
Pros: Beautiful ship.
Cons: Up Selling. Too much pressure to purchase Beverage packages, spa treatments and specialty restaurants.
Review: Truly regretted missing the port of call in Istanbul. The Cruisesline changed itinerary due to safety concerns. Aqua class was a little disappointing...as was the Persian Garden. Breakfast in Blu was good, however, dinner was not. The steak was really tough and the lobster was mushy. The service was variable. On average, it was good. The swimming pools were smaller than expected AND often very crowded . The entertainment was marginal.
Excellent service and beautiful restaurants,
Pros: Excellent service and beautiful restaurants,
Cons: Dissappointed due to security concerns Istanbul was cancelled
Review: Excellent cruise and thoroughly enjoyed the sky suite experience. The Luminare Restaurant staff was first class and we enjoyed consistently First class service and delicious cuisine. Our at sea wedding was flawless and memorable. We appreciated the attention to detail for the wedding by Zophia, the special event coordinator, and the wait staff in Moreno in presenting a fabulous wedding luncheon. The Captain was terrific in officiating the service. Their efforts created a highly memorable and beautiful Wedding event. The balcony was fun and the cabin stewards were very attentive. The food quality and presentation was very good. We look forward to many more pleasurable Celebrity cruises with Celebrity.
Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, delicious food and drinks
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, delicious food and drinks
Cons: small pools, hard to find a seat unless you get there at the crack of dawn. There is a sign that lounge chairs cannot be "saved" and if someone leaves their items there unattended for more than 30 minutes it would be removed, but we saw many instances of people saving chairs and not coming back for hours on end.
Review: Loved most everything about our cruise. The staff was just the right amount of friendly and the food was sooo good and the options seemed to be endless. The drinks were fabulous and buying the drink package proved to be well worth it. Would definitely cruise on Celebrity again. Just wish the pools were bigger (two small pools and one indoor adult pool). Also wish the staff could enforce the rule of "no saving seats"....saw many instances of people putting their towels, books, etc. on a seat and not coming back for hours on end. Didn't seem fair to others who couldn't find a place to sit. All in all, though, a MOST enjoyable time!!! :))) Very happy!
Ship and food were outstanding as was the entertainment
Pros: Ship and food were outstanding as was the entertainment

Review: We really enjoyed this ship. Could have been more ports as there were only 3 for the week. The production shows were some of the finest I have seen.
Excellent personal service. Quality and variety of food and beverages met our expectations. The Tuscan Grille is a delightful venue as a specialty restaurant for a special occasion. The panoramic view in the evening offered by wall to ceiling windows enhances the ambience. Entertainment is well rounded with a variety of entertainers. If you like to dance, there is a great band singing and playing a vaiety of pop hits from the '70's through today in the Grand Foyer.

Cons: Both St. Thomas and St. Maarten are beautiful ports of call and you have full days on both islands. The first port of call is San Juan, Puerto Rico and provides a limited time frame to visit if you are interested. We docked at 5:00 P.M. and departed at 10:30 P.M.
Review: Celebrity Reflection is a beautiful ship with a wide variety of amenities appealing to many different tastes.
Great weather, clean ship, good help
Pros: Great weather, clean ship, good help
Cons: English hard to understand by crew, bingo to expensive, toilet paper awful
Review: Overall it was a fun time
The staff was top notch and activities and dining were excellent
Pros: The staff was top notch and activities and dining were excellent
Cons: we missed our itinerary in Puerto Rico
Review: This was the first cruise we went on. It definitely exceeded my expectations and was top notch all the way. The attention of the staff was unprecedented- we had such memorable service provided to us by Randye and Jubin our waiters who we will all miss very much, as well as, top notch room clearning service from Babelynn. Our waiter Valen who waited on us for our special dining night went above and beyond the call of duty also. I was disappointed that we were unable to do anything in puerto rico since the boat got there 5 hours late but that is not the boat's fault. The food was excellent and the drinks poured constantly - only complaint was the exorbitant internet rates- highway robbery- but that was not enough to deduct a star rating since everything else was great
Service,Food, Cleanliness
Pros: Service,Food, Cleanliness
Cons: Destinations.... San Juan & St. Thomas.
Review: The only negative comment I have is that we did not enjoy our destinations and we do not intend to return to the Caribbean again. Celebrity (The Reflection) was wonderful. Not only was the ship beautiful, but the staff was superb!

Review: From the moment we arrived, to the minute we left, everything , everyone was wonderful!!!!!!! We have been on a couple of other cruise lines, and nothing can compare to this Celebrity experience. By far the best cruise line!!!!!
Great staff
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Drink prices
Review: Just finished a wonderful cruise from Rome to Greece and Turkey for 11 days. The Celebrity Reflection was great - staff, food and ship. If I had to find some negatives: Drinks were too expensive and evening shows could have been better.

Review: Beautiful ship - a great crew, very clean and very well maintained. Just a few minor complaints- nothing open for a bite past 1am, room service however was fast and efficient.. the dining room(s) and buffet in my opinion were not appealing, aesthetically speaking ...somewhat cold.. lacking colors or using colors that remind me of a hospital cafeteria. The dining room food and overall specialty restaurants were very good though. Also, were Concierge class and they were not able to meet some minor cabin wants and needs that were told to us. All and all however, it was a great ship and a great staff. Very memorable cruise :)
Ability to see several countries without packing & unpacking, trip inclusive of food and room accommodations, different activities to choose from for different age groups
Pros: Ability to see several countries without packing & unpacking, trip inclusive of food and room accommodations, different activities to choose from for different age groups
Cons: "Extras" such as bottled water & fancy coffee (latte & cappucino) can add up
Review: We decided to take a cruise because we were traveling with two children (ages 9 and 11 yrs old) and wanted to see several countries at a leisurely pace. Every other morning, we woke up a new scenic location. We opted to go with the ship's guided tours because it was our first time in Europe. Shore excursions were well organized and gave us a taste of the different cities. All of the staff - cruise director, entertainment, room attendants, dining room staff and those working behind the scenes - did a great job in ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care on and off the ship. Wow, our Celebrity Reflection cruise experience was luxurious and well worth the price!
Organized with efficient service, ship clean with good hand hygiene. Good buffet.
Pros: Organized with efficient service, ship clean with good hand hygiene. Good buffet.
Cons: Decor too dull, lacking theme. Most soups served are too salty.
Review:
Excellent service on the part of all staff; quality of dining is very good
Pros: Excellent service on the part of all staff; quality of dining is very good
Cons: Need more info for those going into ports on their own
Review: Everything on this cruise ship is up-scale. There were extra perks for Captain's Club members, and we took full advantage of them all.
Fantastic ship
Pros: Fantastic ship
Cons: Better explanation of what to expect when we came into ports that were not close to the cities promised.
Review: My husband I loved the Reflection of the Seas. It is a beautiful ship and the weather was warm in the low 70s which was ideal and the seas were calm throughout the voyage. The captain's navigational skills were fantastic as were all the crew members and our room attendant and meal severs. The ports we visited were all beautiful and clean and the people were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and we would book a cruise on the Reflection again without hesitation.
Crew was happy and bent over backwards to make you feel SPECIAL!
Pros: Crew was happy and bent over backwards to make you feel SPECIAL!
Cons: Celebrity falls short of letting you know what's going on before or after cruise.
Review:
Dining room staff of Peter, Mariano and Sandra were excellent.
Pros: Dining room staff of Peter, Mariano and Sandra were excellent.
Cons: Food portions were rather large.
Review: Loved the ship. Everything was new and spotless. Staff was professional and friendly. Can't wait to repeat another cruise with Celebrity.
Blu, special consideration for Elite members,
Pros: Blu, special consideration for Elite members,
Cons: Can't think of any
Review: From the very first encounter (welcome glass of champagne) Celebrity's attention to detail did not disappoint. Our stateroom attendant was most attentive. She was always there to fulfill all our requests. From our afternoon tea to our canapés, she made sure we had everything we asked for and more. I especially loved the little detail on the folding of the toilet paper. Blu was another highlight of our cruise experience. From the Maitre D to our servers we were truly pampered. The menu selections and food quality were outstanding. The restaurant personal seem to anticipate our needs each and every nite. Blu is now a MUST for every cruise.
Nice Ship - lots of variety in outdoor seating, etc.
Pros: Nice Ship - lots of variety in outdoor seating, etc.
Cons: Small amenities lacking
Review: All staff excellent. Very small details that could use improvement. IE: on deck 14 waiters should arrive at tables with coffee cups and coffee in hand and offer tea and coffee. Present systems not working. Waiters standing around to REFILL YOUR coffee cup and clean up tables. If asked they would go for coffee and then have to get in the SAME line as passengers to get coffee! Also cream, sugar, etc. should be somewhere else AWAY from folks in line trying to get coffee. Cabin closets quite small and over bed units not usable for shorter people. Entertainment - Elton John Tribute guy and Big Mike's group excellent. Other shows, while performers were impressive, music was LOUD and the "high energy thing" was over bearing!! These kinds of things are VERY small objections but would add to the experience if "fixed". Overall though a very good value and enjoyable.
It is a beautiful ship. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms were a nice size.
Pros: It is a beautiful ship. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms were a nice size.
Cons: The rooms were small and not a lot of storage. The closets were small and hard to get into. The food was very bland and often over-cooked. The shows were very loud, however they were very good.
Review: We were disappointed in the Reflection ship. This was our 8th cruise with Celebrity. This ship had smaller cabins and they did not have a lot of the amenties of the older ships. The food was just ok. It was often over-cooked and bland. This is the first time we have been disappointed in the quality of Celebrity. The entertainers were very good, but also very loud. My husband had to leave one performance because it hurt his ears. He is an entertainer so for him to walk out was major.
