These privileges include pre-paid gratuities, shipboard credits, upgrades, and for our exclusive worldwide Hotels & Resorts program, complimentary breakfast, resort credits, and upgrades. We work together with our vetted Destination Specialists in over 100 countries, who give us exclusive access to excursions, experiences, and local guides that we otherwise would not have access to.

Technology

When booking your vacations with us, you can have access to our proprietary travel app ‘Pocket Travel’, which allows you to hold your entire vacation including flights, documents, contact numbers, detailed itinerary, and destination information in the palm of your hand. It also includes a chat function, so we are only one swipe away. When you book a cruise with us, our automated Cruise Track can alert us when the cruise fare went down, or if the cruise line has added special promotions. We then adjust the reservation, and the savings often pay for an upgrade or an additional night before or after the cruise. When is the last time the cruise line called you to tell you that the price went down?

Peace of mind

All of us have lived through some difficult times, but the Covid pandemic has shown us how our day-to-day life, including travel, can be interrupted severely.
