Nassau | Tuesday, Dec 02, 2025 | Tuesday, Dec 02, 2025 |
You'll recall sunning and strolling on a seemingly endless white sand beach. Or relaxing in the shade of coconut palms. You'll remember the crystal-clear water and the multicolored tropical fish. And you'll certainly recollect the graceful gestures of the uniformed "bobbies" directing traffic in the bustling downtown. Nassau will delight you in many ways. With its colorful Colonial architecture. With the warmth of its people. And with the infectious music of steel drums. It's very likely you'll leave this happy place with lots of duty-free gifts and mementos and at least one straw hat. | ||

Review: Everything went extremely smoothly from checking in to departure. Very well organized with little to zero delays. Food was very good (better than expected). Staff was amazing! Activities were endless and fun. You just need to participate
Pros: No Pros
Cons: No complimentary water
Review: We love everything, staff, dining service especially our waiter Joel and his partner. Stateroom attendant Analiza who assigned in our room 1609. The shows, the food etc. Excellent experience, we definitely recommend to our friends and family.
The service was great. All staff were kind and happy to serve, assist or help.
Pros: The service was great. All staff were kind and happy to serve, assist or help.
Cons: More seafood and fish options
Review: The only con was not enough sea food and fish served at dinner n the main dining room. We would of loved to have crab legs, scallops, osters, sea bass, Maihi Mahi as dinner entree option. Lobster was available every dinner with a upcharge. It would have been nice to have some of the other choices of fish/seafood as a upchage.
Our junior suite was huge with a large balcony, walk in closet & huge bath/shower .
Pros: Our junior suite was huge with a large balcony, walk in closet & huge bath/shower .
Cons: The entire ship was dated & in need of a refresh. stained furniture etc. even in suite. My time dining was a cattle call & poorly managed. We finally got excellent service & a quieter table nights 3 & 4 after complaining to guest services & head waiters.
Review: Overall we had a great trip with a couple of glitches. We enjoyed the shows very much- ice show & Into the Air were favorites, followed by comedian & Saturday Night Fever. Dinner on nights 3 & 4 was good in terms of service. I have cruised since 1994 & the overall quality of the food has slipped noticeably, particularly the main entree & desserts. No more Caribbean lobster tails, baked Alaska, soufflés, cherries jubilee etc. Apparently they are a thing of the past. All our drinks were excellent & of good quality. We enjoyed the Starbucks on board which was included in our drink package. The private island, Cococay, was a wonderful day. We immensely enjoyed the beautiful South Beach area. Our beach bed was wonderful, drink service great & lunch on the island was all included & delicious. Our cabin steward was very attentive. Our shore excursion was canceled on Nassau due to wind, but we taxied to Cable Beach & made our own fun. Transportation to & from port was very easy & seamless with easy , convenient kUber or taxis.
Shorter Sailings
Pros: Shorter Sailings
Cons: Older ship
Review: Overall this is a great shop for a short cruise. It has many of the amenities that keep both adults and kids satisfied. The staff were great all throughout the ship.
Wonder first cruise
Pros: Wonder first cruise

Review: First cruise it was great! Will do it again.
Entertainment & Food
Pros: Entertainment & Food
Cons: Internet, potable water
Review: A bit of the airport syndrome at work here. It pained me to pay in excess of $25 per day for internet (and that's for each device). And how can anyone approve of arriving at a fine cabin at sea...while later discovering potable water is not part of the package. Your on your own baby... rustle up some water. Shell out for plastic jugs at the bar with tax, mandatory gratuity, and an additional line for extra tip. And then drag it back to the cabin. More than a little bold. And more than a little wrong.
Ship size is perfect. Artwork is fabulous and fun.
Pros: Ship size is perfect. Artwork is fabulous and fun.
Cons: Elevator buttons were wonky.
Review: Sailed LOS to Bermuda in adjoining Interior Promenade rooms. She is the perfect size and well kept. Her decor is aging but is neutral and is still in good shape...Which is expected due to her refurb schedule. Ship artwork is fun and makes you look twice or even three times to see the fun details. Schooners was my favorite bar: decor, drink choices and people (staff & guests.) I also enjoyed dinner in the main dining room...beautiful decor, attentive wait staff...other guests can be a little much with their extreme expectations and bickering but the ship can't help that. Shows were surprisingly good as well. Quiet places to relax if that is what you want too. Beware of the elevators though. Some buttons dont work as expected. Maybe it was the triangle causing the issue? The panel on the left seemed to be the real control. The panel on the right relayed the button presses and sometimes not accurately (press 8 stop on 6. That is how we figured out which panel was in control.) One elevator would only go between 4 and 5. Sometimes buttons would unpress themselves. If we hopped on a weird one, we hopped off and used the stairs LOL.
Dining, staff, service, embarkation/disembarkation, entertainment
Pros: Dining, staff, service, embarkation/disembarkation, entertainment
Cons: Crowded
Review: I am very happy with our recent cruise to Bermuda on Liberty of the Seas. Our family stayed in a Royal Suite and the concierge service was excellent. I was very impressed with the dining in the main dining hall, as well as Chops and Giovanni's. Even Windjammer was decent. There was a nice variety of entertainment, although a few more activities for my pre-teens would have been nice. I was very thankful for the medical staff, as we had an issue (off the ship a port) and they took excellent care of us. Boarding and leaving was smooth. While the ship could use a cosmetic refresher, it was very clean. It was crowded (especially the pools) but I expected that as we traveled during the peak end-of-summer break. Cape Liberty was very easy to navigate.
Staff on the ship are extremely friendly and helpful. Tons to do while on board day and night. Ice show was an unexpected surprise
Pros: Staff on the ship are extremely friendly and helpful. Tons to do while on board day and night. Ice show was an unexpected surprise
Cons: When the buffet is closed it there are not many options to get a quick bite or find lemonade/iced tea. Not nearly enough plugs in the room for this day and age (we had 2). A general announcement several times during the day to announce the time would have been helpful (especially with the time change)
Review: In this day and age did not expect to have smoking allowed in the casino. I'm not a big time player but we did not linger long because of the air quality. Boarding and off boarding procedures were quite well organized. Although it took about 4.5 hours after boarding to get our luggage. Safety check in was a breeze.
Entertainment, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, food was amazing, views were awesome, the ease of boarding and disembarking the ship. It took us maybe 30 minutes to board the ship successfully and less than 20 to disembark
Pros: Entertainment, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, food was amazing, views were awesome, the ease of boarding and disembarking the ship. It took us maybe 30 minutes to board the ship successfully and less than 20 to disembark
Cons: The beds aren't that comfortable. So that took some adjusting too but that could just be me. The elevators were slow
Review: Overall the Liberty of the Seas was an amazing cruise especially for my first experience. I am still in awe at how wonderful it all was. The balcony view from my room was amazing and safe. Surprisingly the rooms are a decent size. The amenities needed were perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food options were wonderful and it all tasted so good. The entertainment was some of the best shows I've seen. The ice skating and rendition of Saturday Night Fever was top of the line performances. From the staff to the customers it was truly and international cruise ship. You were ae to mingle with people from all over the world????. I would highly recommend this cruise line.
Great service friendly people
Pros: Great service friendly people
Cons: Leaving the ship on the way home a disaster
Review: Ship was great
Outstanding service and personnel.
Pros: Outstanding service and personnel.
Cons: Park West has boxes with lights sitting on the third floor. Safety hazard
Review: Waiters and assistants were great. Food was delicious and more than enough of it. Cabin steward was outstanding
Great food and plenty to do.
Pros: Great food and plenty to do.
Cons: Needs a little updating
Review: Trip was great. Food was great and staff was wonderful. Always something to eat no matter the time. Staff was attentive, courteous and professional. The ship had more activities than you can possibly do in one week. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go again.
Staff is always friendly and somewhat helpful.
Pros: Staff is always friendly and somewhat helpful.
Cons: Unlike previous cruises there was no soda machine, the soda package is not worth the money. Ship was older and it showed.
Review: Door seal on one of our balcony doors was broken, hard to see thru and there was black stuff in our toilet. That drove me crazy. Our dinner table was next to the a work station and my chair was constantly being hit by the food carts. But on a positive note, the shows were enjoyable and of course the food was excellent.
No stress
Pros: No stress
Cons: None
Review: Very relaxing
Entertainment was great, Very helpful Staff, who cater to you all week long.
Pros: Entertainment was great, Very helpful Staff, who cater to you all week long.
Cons: The process of of getting on and off the ship. Food could have been a little better in the buffet
Review: Being a first time cruise most everything to me was amazing, but now that I have been on one, I definitely have learned some do's and don'ts and many tips for next time round
Staff was great
Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Ship overall needs to change their operations
Review: Food places are not open when they should be. Dining only available at the back of the ship. Ice cream on the lido closes. Needs more entertainment. Charges for their “extras” are ridiculous. My mom had to go to the medical facility and it cost her $470 to get a flu diagnosis. I feel as though she was taken advantage of!!!! I’ve sailed many times on other cruise lines and this one did not impress me by far!! The staff and the crew were great!!! That is RCC’s best asset!
Excellent staff, plenty of activities
Pros: Excellent staff, plenty of activities

Review: This was my first cruise and I enjoyed from beginning to end. The staff was pleasant and took care of my every need. I would recommend Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas to everyone.
Gorgeous ship, amazing crew, and fun activities and entertainment
Pros: Gorgeous ship, amazing crew, and fun activities and entertainment
Cons: Crowded water park and pool areas, slow water slides, mediocre food and not a lot of activities for 9-11 year olds
Review: This was our first cruise and we loved it! We would definitely do it again. There could be some improvements and we learned some things that we would do differently, but overall, we had a wonderful experience.
Able to get 3 families in rooms close together, 2 verandas and one inside room. Discovered that we all enjoyed rooms on deck 6.
Pros: Able to get 3 families in rooms close together, 2 verandas and one inside room. Discovered that we all enjoyed rooms on deck 6.
Cons: First cruise when kids are out of school. Parents are not doing a very good job parenting.
Review: First cruise for some of our party, and really enjoyed it. Planning next years already.

small enough to not wear you out walking around
Pros: small enough to not wear you out walking around
Cons: Small enough you have to run lots of lots to get mileage for exercise
Review: We enjoy this ship when leaving the Galveston Port. The staff works real hard to give you a fine cruising experience. Entertainment is great. Royal really spends the budget on talent. Food is fine. I would say cruise ship average level.
Tons of activities on the boat. Had a great time

The Ship staff were exceptional! The employee taking care of our room was phenomenal
Pros: The Ship staff were exceptional! The employee taking care of our room was phenomenal
Cons: While the experience by ship personnel was superlative, the jazz component needed more length to their performances.
Review: The Jazz component would have been an overall A+ if the performances were longer. The entertainment provided on the Liberty of the Seas was exceptional. The Jazz component fell well short of my expectations because of the hour limit for each performance. A large segment of those in attendance follow the BillyRay Jazz group in San Antonio, Texas. While I cannot speak for any other person on the jazz cruise, the one hour limit was a real minus for the excursion considering the cost of the cruise, gratuities and the for-pay events off the ship.
Great Ship, Great Service, Clean
Pros: Great Ship, Great Service, Clean
Cons: No Cons
Review: Liberty of the Seas is a beautiful ship. There were lots of activities for the kids and family to do. Dinner was great. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the pool deck and the various entertainment that they offered. Musicians were wonderful.
Ports (especially Jamaica), activities for all ages, kid friendly, great food, accommodations and wait staff
Pros: Ports (especially Jamaica), activities for all ages, kid friendly, great food, accommodations and wait staff
Cons: none
Review: Amazing ice skating and IN AIR shows! Adult comedy shows were hilarious! We chose this cruise for all the grandkid activities...mini golf, basketball, flow/surf rider, rock climbing, ice skating, swimming, splash pad, cup cake decorating classes for our grand girls, organized group activities for our 6-8 and 9-12 year old kids as well as the teen lounge for our 14 year old grandson. As adults we hit the spa the first day for a couples massage and a class on detox with Personal Trainer Brenden Spring. The wait staff at the family dining every night for all 13 of our family members was excellent and a great time to reconnect after doing our own thing at the end of each day. Lots of things to do for all ages. Our fourth and best cruise yet! Favorite port was Jamaica where we hiked the Dunne River Falls to the top - a must do!
Staff, excursions, cleanliness, efficiency.
Pros: Staff, excursions, cleanliness, efficiency.
Cons: Pool and hot tubs jammed with people. Extras cost.
Review: Excursions booked through RCCL were highlight of trip!
Too many to list!
Pros: Too many to list!
Cons: Excursions are very pressed for time and the coffee is pitiful!
Review: Overall a wonderful trip and we can't wait to do it again sometime. Just wished the coffee didn't taste like a truck stop ash tray and that we had more time on the excursions.
Staff, food, everything
Pros: Staff, food, everything
Cons: Weather
Review: We had an amazing time. We totally enjoyed our wait staff in the dining room. Jesus and Mehesh. They were very professional and personable. Highlight to our evening. Patricia in the Bolero bar was amazing. Very personable and very consistent with her drinks. Alex always very nice and kept are room very nice. He was always very cheerful and waiting to know if there was something he could do. The food was always very good in the dining room and the Windjammer. We have already booked our next cruise. Thank you

Very nice ship . Theatre production. Ice show. 70’s Show
Pros: Very nice ship . Theatre production. Ice show. 70’s Show
Cons: Food quality and selection . Entertainment around ship
Review: Overall food quality and selection and general services still declining compared to past years. Overall a good cruise. Beautiful ship. Easy embarkation and debarkation at Galveston. Anytime dining doesn’t work well for a group of 10.
Good food; fantastic ice show; good service
Pros: Good food; fantastic ice show; good service
Cons: Music in shows including back-up to comedian much too loud
Review: Entertainment all-in-all not bad, but not up to standard of many previous cruises. We could not hear the comedians because of the loud background noise level of the band; turn down the amplifiers On previous cruises we have received daily news papers and descriptions and advise about ports.
lots of fun things to do, friendly staff, met new friends

Review: an absolute wonderful experience the whole 7 days!
entertainment, service, well organized, comfortable cabins
Pros: entertainment, service, well organized, comfortable cabins
Cons: ship too large, food uneven quality, shore excursions only ok, too crowded, too many children on board
Review: Very relaxing, but not very exciting. Prefer something more intellectually stimulating with lectures on places visited. Also a smaller ship, perhaps a river cruise. Previous cruises were with Windstar and in Egypt on the Nile.
Everything was top notch. Food, entertainment, crew, cruise director, events
Pros: Everything was top notch. Food, entertainment, crew, cruise director, events
Cons: Short stays at shore excursions

Enjoyed the Wayne Toups concerts, the entertainment in the Platinum Theater, the casino. Our cabin boy, Luther, was exceptional.
Pros: Enjoyed the Wayne Toups concerts, the entertainment in the Platinum Theater, the casino. Our cabin boy, Luther, was exceptional.
Cons: Dissappinted in the sit down dining (my time dinning) and the photography.
Review: Didn't think the quality of the food for the sit down dining was that great and did not like the my time dining(if you didn't make reservations it was sometimes a long wait). Very disappointed in the photography. The first dress up night there was no one in front of the dining room taking pictures, and we found out later they were all over the promenade when it was too late. On previous cruises they have been all over snapping pictures, and this time it was hit and miss. The buffet in the Windjammer always had good quality food. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. I would probably sail with Royal Caribbean again but would have to think about it.
Ship was beautiful, clean and friendly staff.
Pros: Ship was beautiful, clean and friendly staff.

Review: Our first cruise was very exciting and fun. The staff was very friendly. We definitely look forward to cruising in the future. Our travel agent made things very easy for us being we were first time cruisers.
Our trip all in all was very much enjoyed. However we have traveled two other cruise lines so I feel I am able to compare the service.
Pros: Our trip all in all was very much enjoyed. However we have traveled two other cruise lines so I feel I am able to compare the service.
Cons: I feel that there should have been more waiters serving drinks. Lots of places we ordered drinks only had like one or two bartenders. They could also provide a meeting place before dinners. The performance shows interfered with some of the dinner times Also for some of us late party people there could be maybe a place either pizza or sandwich shop open 24 hrs. Rather than the 1:00 a.m.
Review: Will consider sailing Royal Carribian again.
Entertainment and activities available. Good food and service.
Pros: Entertainment and activities available. Good food and service.
Cons: Casino was as bad as I've ever experienced on a cruise ship.
Review: A very good trip on a very nice ship. Service was great and personnel were very friendly and helpful. Would consider another Royal Caribbean cruise based upon this trip and previous ones on Royal Caribbean.
Pros: No Pros
Cons: No Cons
Review: We both had a great time. The entertainment was the best we ever experienced. Weather was awesome. The price of the cruise and the drink package made for some fun times. We were quite impressed with the quick turnover for embarking & disembarking. They were very organized. We are looking forward to taking another cruise with the Berners that we can drive to, avoiding the trouble of airports. The R.C. web-sit only listed 7 or 8 shore excursions and none were to our liking. When we got to the stateroom there was a listing of over 60 and we were able to pick 2.

Pros: Great ship wit a lot of perks

Review: Overall, very nice ship
Loved the cabins, the food was great
Pros: Loved the cabins, the food was great
Cons: The paper towel holders in bathrooms too close to door and if not careful, women get hit with door that's opening
Review: This was one of the best cruises we have been on. The cabins were roomier and had more cabinet space. I would book another cruise on this ship. The staff was gracious and we thoroughly enjoyed staff persons, Noel Rickett and Jansen in the dining room. The entertainment was good but not spectacular. We attended the ice skating show and the Motown Divas. The Divas were great as was the marriage game. We booked excursions in every port and the only one that went on too long was the one in Belize City - the Altun Ha Mayan and boatride back to pier took so long it prevented us from doing any shopping in Belize which was a big disappointment. But overall, we enjoyed the cruise very much.
Service, suite, food quality, activities
Pros: Service, suite, food quality, activities
Cons: Balcony issues, C&A member treatment, room service
Review: Food was uniformly good in all venues, superb in the speciality restaurants, especially Sabor. Ship maintenance was excellent. Service and friendliness of crew was some of the best we have encountered. Grand suite redo and Suite Lounge were impressive. New water slides and other added amenities, especially Splashaway Bay for the kiddos, further enhanced RCI reputation as the king of onboard activities. On the downside the balcony with GS1564 was directly under the Solarium hot tub and was frequently unusable due to condensation. Room service food was inedible. Biggest gripe from all affected was the 3 April change from Concierge Club to Suite Lounge. Diamond Plus members (second highest tier) were not allowed in the lounge even though they booked months before and were allowed in previously. Diamond lounge became overcrowded and resembled a zoo at times.
Customer service was great
Pros: Customer service was great
Cons: Debating and limited tv
Review: The staff was great on the entire ship, very accommodating
Relaxing, Awesome Staff, Lots to do and many places to hideaway and read.
Pros: Relaxing, Awesome Staff, Lots to do and many places to hideaway and read.
Cons: Food wasn't up to their usual standard but still very good. Price seems to be going up, up and up.
Review: Love cruising Royal Caribbean. It's my get away. Our room attendant was great, took care of every small detail and the wait staff in the dining room was also top notch. I have an allergy to gluten and they were very careful in their recommendations. Have 1 more booked for this year and another for January 2017. Can't Wait.
Everything was Wonderful
Pros: Everything was Wonderful

Review: This was our first Cruise on Royal Caribbean. We have been on Carnival Cruises before. They don't compare to this. We will use Royal Caribbean again.
Large ship with alot to do. Shows were great
Pros: Large ship with alot to do. Shows were great
Cons: Food, particularly in the Windjammer wasn't as good as we had on prior cruises wtih RC.
Review: We were on deck 7 which was pretty convenient to the restaurants and the promenade deck. Shows were great. Be sure to see them if you can. We had the "anytime" seating which became a bit cumbersome. We learned quickly that if you wanted to go at a certain time, you needed to make reservations in advance as opposed to just showing up. Many people we spoke to who had "anytime" seating would book a time in advance for every day of the week. We made reservations day by day and as the cruise progressed, 5:30-7:30 time slot were fully booked. I think we will go back to the regularly seating of either 5:30 or 8:00. The anytime seating wasn't bad, if you wanted the same time every night which we didn't. If you keep around the 5:30 or 8:00 seating, that will work well if you wanted to attend the evening shows. The Promenade deck was great. It was a mini city with Ben and Jerry's, a cupcake shop, many stores, and a coffee shop. Many activities were held in the promenade deck. The one thing I do like about RC is the cruise compass that is left in your state room the night before. We planned out our next days activities by this. The Liberty of the Seas also has the flow Rider, miniature golf course, ice skating rink and a rock climbing wall. We always saw our state room attendant who was especially nice. He always asked us if we needed anything or just in general if we had a nice day. Our last cruise (not through RC), we never saw our state room attendant. Our Cruise Director Dru and his staff were great. Very high energy all the time We haven't cruised in a few years, so technology is much better on this ship. By all the elevators is a touch screen which will tell you what is going on during the day, the menus at each of the restaurants including the specialty restaurants for that day and directions to get to another location. We used this feature many times
Shows were great. Dining room service was amazing. Great housekeeping service. Destinations were fantastic.
Pros: Shows were great. Dining room service was amazing. Great housekeeping service. Destinations were fantastic.
Cons: A bit crowded and difficult to find a chair on deck first few days. Longer times at Port would have been great.
Review: We had a wonderful time! Thanks for your help.
Great staff, great shows, great wait staff, great price.
Pros: Great staff, great shows, great wait staff, great price.
Cons: Really crummy check in. Took a very long time, very long lines. Never experienced such a crummy check in. Ship was to full capacity.
Review:
Great ship, like 3 pools, shows, food, service from every hard worker.
Pros: Great ship, like 3 pools, shows, food, service from every hard worker.
Cons: Not enough time in each port. Feel rushed. Especially Puerto Rico!
Review: Dining room had no table assigned for us. Thank God we found a Supervisor Nadia in the dining room and she alone straightened it up by the second day. She was so accommodating to us! The only thing was the internet service is too expensive. I went away with my son with a huge kidney stone that he didn't pass and I told him, my family, children to email us each day while away but because I have google gmail, it did not recognize us and we couldn't check any emails, the program thought we were tapping into someone else's emails. They offered $150.00 and $250.00 packages or a $10 for just 24 hours continuous only. We did have great weather, good times and enjoyed the Liberty of the Seas. Love the 24 hour cafe, we need water and snacks to take medications and other ships do not offer that.
Food and entertainment
Pros: Food and entertainment
Cons: itinerary, accommodation, food court hours.
Review: Food quality and entertainment experience was a plus but as I stated above the itinerary would've been ok for a seven day cruise but for for 10 days it should have stopped at more islands and adding more hours in each stop. Would I take a 10 cruise again? Not with same four stops and those few hours .

Review: Everything was wonderful!! The staff was so nice. We all had a great time.
The boat was clean and worked well. Weather was great. The Royal Suite was very nice and spacious. The two other suites (Grand Suites) were also nice. The housekeeping staff was outstanding: very nice and efficient (Carmen!). Concierge for suites was great (Oana Popa!). Entertainment shows were better than we expected: very entertaining. Getting on and off the ship was very efficient and well run: staying in the suites gave us priority for checking in and off boat which was great.

Cons: We had two people in one Grand Suite which was great. However, we had four in another Grand Suite which didn't work that great. Apparently, Grand Suites have just one queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper, even if you are sleeping 4 people. At that price, everyone should get a bed. Food was mediocre. Ports were mediocre.

Review: WE HOPE ROYAL CARRIBEAN INTERNATIONAL WILL BE SUPPORTIVE OF THEIR STAFF WHO DO THEIR BEST TO TRY TO HAVE PASSENGERS FOLLOW THE DRESS CODES IN EATING VENUES. THE STAFF IS TREATED RUDLEY OR IGNORED. THIS ALSO AFFECTS THOSE PASSENGERS WHO EXPECT A CERTAIN HIGH STANDARD FROM ROYAL CARRIBEAN.

Pros: Conference space was good for microbiology symposium

Review: Develope a better way of preventing under age drinking. Suggestions: A. Scanning of sea pass will display picture and age of individual purchasing alcohol. B. An indicator on the sea pass indicating the age of the individual, age greater or equal to 21 and picture similar to Costoc. C. To ensure that alcohol packages are sold to individual 21 and over by requesting a form of ID.

the ship is beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
Pros: the ship is beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: the amenities have really been cut back
Review: i was disappointed the way that in the past, you were given more attention. i also was surprised that i was charged a gratuity of $11.22 for a gift that i bought in a restaurant. At breakfast you had to ask the waiter for pastries. I guess this is the way they are saving money. All together, the trip was great and the weather was beautiful.
The port destinations did not disappoint! Each one had it's own unique flavor and surprise. There were many options for excursions. This cruise was full of history!
Pros: The port destinations did not disappoint! Each one had it's own unique flavor and surprise. There were many options for excursions. This cruise was full of history!
Cons: The food was ok. Expected a wine sommelier to help with wine selection after all we were in many wine countries. Also, expected more local cuisine offering at dinner.
Review: The staff in general were great. Our stateroom attendant and wait staff were awesome!
food, all around cleanliness of ship, courtesy of staff
Pros: food, all around cleanliness of ship, courtesy of staff
Cons: having to leave at the end of the week
Review: My husband and I with our two teenage children (girl 15 and boy 14) had a wonderful experience on our recent Mediterranean cruise. We were pleased by the services and staff on board as well as the quality of the food served at the buffet and dining room. Burgers and shakes at the Jonny Rocket diner we also a definite success with the family. Thanks for the great vacation.
Embarkation, loading and debarkation process was easy.
Pros: Embarkation, loading and debarkation process was easy.
Cons: Very expensive extras for drink packages.
Review: Cabin attendants and dining staff were excellent. There seemed to be many extras not included in the price, including on the dining menu.
attentive staff, size of cabin, exceptional shore excursions , disembarkation went quickly
Pros: attentive staff, size of cabin, exceptional shore excursions , disembarkation went quickly
Cons: quality of food, entertainment was ok
Review: On the whole, Liberty of the Seas is a fairly nice ship. The crew members, cabin rooms, and shore excursions that were available exceeded our expectations. The ship is clean and offers alot of activities for children. The downside to this ship was the food that was prepared for the passengers. Stay away from Windjammers...extremely crowded with poor quality food served.
Big ship, I didn't feel it moving at all
Pros: Big ship, I didn't feel it moving at all
