Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. The "Fit to Travel" note should be faxed to the Access Department at 1-954-628-9622. If you have already booked a cruise or Cruisetour and do not meet this requirement, please call Celebrity at 1-866-592-7225 or email them at info@specialneedsgroup.com.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Celebrity ships are designated as non-smoking. However, Celebrity does recognize that some guests smoke. Therefore, cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any guest stateroom, nor on any guest veranda. If a guest is in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250USD will be applied to their SeaPass account and the guest may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. A guest must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard. Additionally, there is a non-smoking policy on all components of the land tour portion of all Celebrity Cruises cruisetour products.
Celebrity Cruises is happy to accommodate many different kinds of dietary needs in the Main Dining Room to enhance your cruise vacation. Once you have booked your cruise, send your special dietary request to SpecialNeeds@celebrity.com or call 1-866-592-7225.
Food Allergies
Celebrity's entire team is extensively trained to handle these special needs. Just speak with your Maître d' onboard and he or she will ensure your requirements are met. In the Marketplace, speak with the Manager who can answer any of your questions about ingredients in the dishes.
Vegetarian Dining
Celebrity offers a separate 14-day Vegetarian Menu that also contains at least one Vegan Selection in every category (appetizers, soups, salads, entrée) each night of your vacation. Look for the leaf icon to find the vegetarian dishes on the Main Dining Room menu.
Kosher Meals
In addition to the current selection of complimentary kosher meals, there is also a selection of Premium Kosher Meals. High quality, made-from-scratch dishes are Glatt Kosher certified and prepared under the strict supervision of the O.U. and USDA. Pricing is per item and prices are subject to change. If you wish to partake of either the standard or premium kosher meals, you must notify Celebrity 60 days in advance of your departure date. Premium Kosher Meals must be ordered onboard 24 hours in advance.
No Sugar Added Desserts
To accommodate guests with sensitivity to sugar, there is a selection of delicious, mouth-watering desserts with no added sugar. Available in all the onboard restaurants. Just look for the diamond symbol on the menu.
Other Dietary Needs
Lactose-intolerant? Need baby food? Or gluten-free dishes? Just ask and Celebrity will do their best to provide you with delicious alternatives.
Celebrity is committed to providing all its guests with an unrivaled cruise vacation. Their extensive attention to detail will make your vacation one that knows no boundaries.
Dialysis
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis are welcome to board all Celebrity Cruises vessels. However, Celebrity Cruises does not have the ability to assist or administer hemo-dialysis treatments. Guests should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to sailing. Please contact Celebrity for more information on policies and procedures.
Oxygen
All types of oxygen are permitted onboard. Please notify Celebrity as to quantity, type and delivery schedule. Each vessel has a different storage policy. However, you will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom.
Mobile Disabilities
Every ship in the Celebrity fleet was designed with every guest's need in mind. You'll find wide, spacious corridors, to allow 180° turns for wheelchairs. Most decks are accessible through automatic doors, and all public rooms feature entrances with gradual inclines.
Celebrity will provide complimentary wheelchair assistance for embarkation and disembarkation only.
If you would like to have a wheelchair during the cruise, there is a limited supply of wheelchairs available on the ships. Please contact the Access Department if you would like to make a reservation for a wheelchair. If you want to ensure you will have a wheelchair or scooter onboard, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from one of these approved vendors. They will deliver the mobility device to your stateroom on the ship:

Guests may bring and use wheelchairs, mobility scooters and other assistive devices onboard the ships. Due to safety regulations, Segways may not be used onboard.
Assistive devices including mobility scooters must be stored and recharged in your stateroom so fire doors, corridors and elevator lobbies are kept clear for emergency evacuation. When parked throughout the ship, they must be parked out of the way to allow safe and easy access by other guests and crewmembers.
Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. Celebrity offers accessible staterooms which have wider doorways measuring at least 32 inches wide and may accommodate larger devices. If you have an assistive device larger than 32 inches wide, please contact the Access Department for assistance.
Please note: Crewmembers are NOT permitted to lift assistive devices.
Accessible Staterooms
Accessible staterooms are designed with wider doors, roll-in showers, grab bars and other special features for guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities that require the use of the accessible features of that stateroom.
Accessible staterooms are held for people with disabilities until all other non-accessible staterooms in that category are reserved. Upon reserving an accessible stateroom, Celebrity requires that guests acknowledge the need for the accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form.
If a guest is booked in an accessible stateroom and they do not have a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the features that are provided in the accessible stateroom, they may be moved at any time to a non-accessible stateroom in order to accommodate a guest with a disability. Please note that Celebrity will investigate and take action on potential misuse of accessible staterooms where there is good cause to believe that such staterooms have been booked fraudulently.
For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an email to special_needs@celebrity.com, or have your travel professional contact Celebrity.
Boarding Accessibility
Airport Transportation - If requested in advance, Celebrity can arrange for accessible transportation to transfer guests between the airport and the pier. This service is offered at no extra charge to their air/sea guests or those who have purchased cruise-only transfers. Accessible transportation may be limited or not available outside the U.S. Contact your travel agent or Celebrity for details.
Extra Assistance at the Pier - Celebrity Cruises offers boarding and departure assistance with wheelchairs to guests with mobility disabilities. Request assistance once you arrive at the pier or contact Celebrity prior to your cruise so that they may prioritize your assistance to go onboard. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance.
Many ports provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters. However due to various conditions - such as steepness of the gangway, tendering, weather, tidal and sea conditions, and shore-side facilities - guests using assistive devices may be precluded from getting on or off the ship.
Celebrity will make reasonable efforts to assist guests, but for safety reasons, their staff is not permitted to lift guests or equipment. Assistance with manual wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc. will be provided.
Assistance Onboard - Celebrity will provide reasonable mobility assistance to guests in accessing areas of the ship that are not accessible.
Traveling from Ship to Shore - At some ports, the ship will anchor off shore, and guests are taken to shore by small boats called tenders. Even if the ship is scheduled to dock at a pier, it can change to tendering.
Guests with assistive devices who are unable to take a few steps will be unable to board tenders unless roll-on capability is available.
In order to safely board most tenders, guests must be able to take steps and use a collapsible manual wheelchair. In addition, motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters can not be taken on tenders, unless roll-on capability is available. Inquire about tender roll-on capability at the Guest Relations Desk while on board. Please note roll-on capability is not guaranteed.
Weather, sea conditions and other factors may preclude tendering. Safety of the guests and crew is the primary consideration, and the Captain and his staff will make the final decision regarding transferring guests and their assistive devices based on safety reasons.
If guests are unable to tender or disembark due to these circumstances, there will be no refund or credit for missed ports. While Celebrity recognizes your disappointment, the safety of guests and crew takes precedence.
Hearing Disabilities
Celebrity accommodates guests who are deaf and hard of hearing by providing them with technological advancements wherever and whenever possible. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please request and complete the Guest Special Needs Form from Celebrity. For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an e-mail to special_needs@celebrity.com, or contact your travel professional.
Amenities for Hearing Impaired Guests include:
Visual Disabilities
Celebrity has made the cruise experience as effortless as possible for guests who are blind or have low vision. Some Celebrity ships incorporate Braille in public areas and elevators. As always, crew and staff are on hand to assist in every way at any time. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please request and complete the Guest Special Needs Form from Celebrity. For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an e-mail to special_needs@celebrity.com, or contact your travel professional.
Amenities for Vision Impaired Guests include:
Service Animals
Celebrity warmly welcomes service dogs on all ships except those sailing to the United Kingdom (UK) due to DEFRA regulations. Please note: pets are NOT permitted onboard.
A service dog is defined as "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability." Service dogs are not considered pets. Evidence that a dog is a service dog is helpful, but not required (such as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses and/or tags or the credible verbal assurance of the person with a disability using the animal).
Celebrity will provide 4 feet by 4 feet relief areas with cypress mulch to accommodate service dogs. Sod for sailings from the U.S. can be provided if requested in advance and is available. Relief areas are provided on a shared basis with other service dogs onboard. Please note that The Lawn Club on Solstice class ships is not designated as a relief area. Please notify the Access Department at time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing, if a service dog relief area is needed.
Service dogs are permitted to accompany the person with a disability in all public areas, including dining venues. While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or other restraining device. Due to health regulations, service dogs are not permitted in pools, whirlpools or spas.
Care and supervision of the service animal is the sole responsibility of the owner. The ships are not required to provide food or care for the animal. Guests may bring a reasonable quantity of food and bowls for the dog onboard the ship at no additional charge. If refrigerated space is needed, notify the Access Department at time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing.
Guests are responsible for obtaining all required permits for service dogs to depart the ship in non-U.S. ports. Guest must carry a copy with them on the ship, and leave a copy with the Guest Relations Desk after boarding the ship.
To obtain specific information on required documents for service dogs, please visit the U. S. Department of Agriculture's website. All documentation and immunization requirements are established by government authorities and not Celebrity Cruises. Please note requirements are subject to change without notice.
If the guest chooses to disembark the ship at a port at which the service dog must remain onboard, the guest must make arrangements to ensure that the dog is cared for. Note that the ship's staff is not required to care for the dog, nor can the dog be left in the stateroom unattended.
Internet access is available in the Internet Café 24 hours a day until debarkation is completed.
Guests can also connect to the Internet on each ship in the Celebrity fleet, either by accessing a 24/7 wireless connection "hotspot", or utilizing the resources of the Internet Café located onboard. Depending on class of ship, you can access the Internet from your stateroom. On Solstice Class chips, the full ship is wireless; on Millennium Class ships you may be able to access wireless service from your stateroom based on where the closest hotspot is located. You will be able to receive email, via satellite link 24 hours a day, satellite conditions permitting. There is also an Internet Manager on board to assist you.
Internet Packages
Every Celebrity ship has a minimum of one fully licensed physician and two licensed nurses onboard. Types of medications kept onboard are limited, and guests must bring an adequate supply of any medications they may need on their cruise.

Submit Your Own Review!Ship, staff, food, and itinerary are always consistently superior to other cruise lines.
Pros: Ship, staff, food, and itinerary are always consistently superior to other cruise lines.
Cons: We do not usually partake in the entertainment offered so we have no comments on that.
Review: Celebrity is our “go to” cruise line. We have never been disappointed and continue to book with them every year. We have sailed to four continents with them. Asia, Australia, and Antarctica are left to conquer!
Newly remodeled rooms, comfortable beds, smaller size ship, attentive room stewards.
Pros: Newly remodeled rooms, comfortable beds, smaller size ship, attentive room stewards.
Cons: No Retreat pool, with the exception of Murano and the Chef’s table most food was just ok.
Review: Have realistic expectations prior to embarking on the Silhouette. With no shade on the Retreat Sundeck and no dedicated pool, the area is virtually useless. You’ll spend most of your time in the Solarium…along with everyone else. Getting a drink by the pool takes a long time. The staff is stressed from recent company policy changes and it shows. Many times hot food wasn’t served hot and the Oceanview Cafe became a mass of steam table planned-overs from the night before. Make no mistake…this is NOT an Edge-Class ship. I would never pay Retreat prices again to sail on this class of ship. It simply isn’t worth the money.
Staff and cleanliness
Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: Up chargers for certain meals
Review: Great time , only suggestion would be temporary seating on lawn for large tv screen

Cons: None Really
Review: Super cruise to France and Spain. Plenty to do to keep busy. Fully met and even exceeded expectations in the bar and main dining room. Always amazed that the servers at the bar know you after two visits! Everyone is well trained and friendly.
Clean, excellent staff,
Pros: Clean, excellent staff,
Cons: No Cons
Review: I had a very positive and fantastic experience on the Celebrity Silhouette. The ship was clean, well maintained and the staff was excellent. The food was great and we felt very well taken care of. When considering a future cruise, I would not hesitate to consider this ship again.
The friendliness of the staff and guests. We loved the Blu restaurant.
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and guests. We loved the Blu restaurant.
Cons: The city tours that we took showed too much poverty.
Review: We love Celebrity! Even though I didn't give the entertainment top stars I truly understand why they were not high end. I would rather have money in my pocket than spending a lot of money on entertainment. We did not take advantage of the activities since they didn't interest us as much as sitting on the deck relaxing.
Cleanliness of our room, and the entire ship. Service and understanding of most all employees was helpful, patient, and understanding.
Pros: Cleanliness of our room, and the entire ship. Service and understanding of most all employees was helpful, patient, and understanding.
Cons: Food choices, quality and preparation was poor. Cooks seemed to know how to ruin the pleasure of eating a fish. The entertainment overall was in need of improvement .
Review:
Food entertainment excursions staff… everything was top notch.
Pros: Food entertainment excursions staff… everything was top notch.
Cons: Fish food portions were a little small.
Review: This is our third cruise with Celebrity and they keep getting better. It didn’t hurt that due to Covid concerns it was half capacity for guests and still had full staffing.

Entertainment Staff, Ports
Pros: Entertainment Staff, Ports
Cons: Specialty foods, acrobatic acts

Pros: All personnel (on shore and on board) are always kind and thoughtful
Cons: Silhouette starting to show her age
Review: over the years my wife and I have cruised over 30 times. 9 out of 10 times we cruise on Celebrity.
The Crew
Pros: The Crew
Cons: None
Review: The officers and crew at Celebrity are committed to an excellent experience for the passenger. They go beyond expectations. When I told a Guest Relations Officer of my interest in Pericles and the Peloponnesian War, she arranged for me to meet with an officer with whom I had an excellent conversation. Food and service, in the buffet and dining room, were good. However, three specialty restaurants were outstanding. The entertainment was good and varied. It was our first time with the cruise director, but she was certainly up to Celebrity's standards. The ports? OK, but it seems that most passengers were there for the shipboard experience.
Great cruise overall
Pros: Great cruise overall
Cons: Super expensive WiFi
Review: Good service we have come to expect from Celebrity; beautiful cabin and great food. Entertaintment on board was a mixed bag; some good, some not too good. My only complaint is the price of Internet; outrageus.
Outstanding food and service, very good itinerary, ship layout is excellent. Captain's club benefits are excellent. Very little crowding on this ship - plenty of seating in public areas.
Pros: Outstanding food and service, very good itinerary, ship layout is excellent. Captain's club benefits are excellent. Very little crowding on this ship - plenty of seating in public areas.
Cons: Silhouette is showing age, especially in fittings like deck chairs, which were very worn and stained - definitely should be replaced soon. We had bad weather for three days, which certainly isn't Celebrity's fault. The captain handled it very well.
Review: Celebrity is our favorite cruise line, and the Solstice class ships are our favorite ships. We've been on all of them several times. Despite three days of very bad weather (50 mph winds and 17 foot seas), we very much enjoyed our cruise. We didn't go to many shows, but enjoyed those we did see. Crew was excellent, particularly our waitstaff in the main dining room. We will continue to choose Celebrity as our cruise line.

Pros: Champagne greeting, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent menu and food.
Cons: Shops need to refresh their offerings
Review: Celebrity provides an excellent cruise experience and cares about its customers. Embarkation and disembarkation are well organized, positive experiences. Great ports of call. Staff are super friendly and well trained. The ship provided A good array of activities, pools, spa and services. The crew are continually cleaning and sanitizing to reduce the spread of viruses and germs among passengers and crew a concern for many travelling under these circumstances. Overall, I continue to prefer this cruise provider!

Pros: Blu restaurant, Spa Cafe, no crowds, great employees, nice room
Cons: Needs piano bar, Celebrity Central should be used more, More on demand movies
Review: Very nice ship with well kept interiors. Nice room & good room steward. We loved Blu Restaurant ( inc with Aqua Class) and don’t eat anywhere else for dinner. Best service ever!!! Spa cafe has light breakfast & light lunch menu in a quiet, pool area. Several nice bars. Beautiful string music with isn’t particularly my thing. Good house band. Great coffee bar that is by the nightly entertainment. No crowds on elevators. We ate at buffet once and food was fresh & tasty. Very good tours, especially the one after debarking that ends up at the airport . Room service was pretty good. Loved Key West!!!!’

Pros: Service was excellent; ship was very clean; activities were very organized; staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Review: They push "DUTY FREE AND TAX FREE" shopping in the ports. According to customs, Diamonds International is not a U.S. based company and therefore not tax and duty free. People who purchased jewelry in other stores received certificates and didn't have to pay duty on their jewelry purchases. When the port shopping person was asked about the rates, he didn't give correct information. He said duty was 3% after $800. In fact it is 3% plus 5.5% jewelry tax after $1,000. If I had the correct information, I may not have purchased my ring. The salesperson in the store said "just wear it and don't worry" NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Cons: exorbitant charges for Wifi
Review: We enjoyed the cruise overall. Allen and Dr. Dave were great. We learned a lot from them and from Cat (Park West). The entertainment was very good, particularly Jennifer Singer and the violinist. Staff -- Our room steward, Noel, was excellent. The Tuscan Grill managers, David and Mazy made our dinners a charming experience and helped fix a reservation problem. The Murano food was best on the ship. Food and service in the main dining room was mediocre. Buffet was very good for breakfast and lunch. On the Wifi -- this is 2017. Wifi is more essential than a phone in the room and should be treated as such.

Amazing service, clean ship, never crowded
Pros: Amazing service, clean ship, never crowded
Cons: Mediocre entertainment, limited shopping
Review: The Silhouette is a clean and efficiently run ship. Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be, and if it wasn't the crew fixed it within seconds. This was my 4th cruise, and the first on Celebrity, and this was by far the best service I have ever experienced. I'd go back for the service alone. I felt pampered. While there are a lot of people on board, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for anything. The only exception was the Excursion desk if you hit the wrong time. But hey, grab a beer and wait for the line to die down. Our last cruise was on the Allure of the Seas, and while the service was better on the Silhouette, the entertainment was FAR better on the Allure. This was really the only weak point of the cruise. The dining was superb. We actually liked the buffet on the Silhouette better than other ships we've been on, but at the end of the day it's just a buffet. Do breakfast and (maybe) lunch there, but don't waste dinner on it. The main dining room was superb, and they have a number of specialty restaurants to choose from as well. Our favorite was the Lawn Club Grill, where we had the best filet mignon we've ever had. But honestly, the specialty dining was better on the Allure. Altogether we loved it. It was a really great experience, and the service is second to none (in our experience). If you choose the Silhouette, you're going to be happy. Happy sailing!

The friends that we dined with
Pros: The friends that we dined with

Great destinations, great specialty restaurants
Pros: Great destinations, great specialty restaurants
Cons: Main dining room Select Dining wait staff
Review: Overall the cruise was great. Destinations were fantastic and we enjoyed them all (whether on our own our on an excursion). The specialty restaurants were fantastic. The lobster dish, in Murano, was absolutely delicious. The filet mignon in Tuscan was also very delicious and perfectly prepared. We were, however, less than impressed with the Select Dining option - this option does not allow you to get to know the wait staff and we don't believe they are as attentive when dining under that option. Our room was very nice and having the veranda on the back of the ship was quite nice.
Beautiful scenery everywhere you go
Pros: Beautiful scenery everywhere you go

Pros: Fantastic crew
Cons: Strong odor of smoke around casino and shops
Review: We had a great time and saw three entertainers who we think are fantastic!!! Jayne Curry, Oli Nez, and Nicola Loud!!! The guest lectures are always a bonus.
Crew and staff wonderful! Captain awesome, everyone looked forward to his announcements every morning. His presentation of the ships operation was full of informative and casual conversation. Truly an excellent and humorous experience.. food was over the top, have not had better on over 15 cruises. Just way too much. I felt guilty having not been able to finish. Celebrity Elite was just outrageous we didn't even know we had priority boarding. Be sure future clients know that beforehand cause at the port, they are just hearding you through and you need to have them help..

Cons: A phone call from Captains whatever, every day telling us to call if we need anything. Nice touch, but too much. Sorry the entertainment was mediocre, the Master captain was by far, the best, followed by the 2nd comedian, the first was horrible. Dancers and singers were fine, but how about a Broadway show, even an old one, like CATS. Royal Caribbean has you beat there. Days at sea were completely overly crowded. Did not want to sit nose to nose with other passengers, that is if you could have found a chair at all. I had to sit in the smoking section, just to sit. (I Don't smoke)
Review: Not under your control, having too many ships in port, destroyed the beauty and serenity of St. Kitts, bringing us to what must have been a beautiful beach on Cowleshell was just as bad as being on the ship, nose to nose.

Pros: Wine Cellar, smooth sailing, relaxing areas, spa
Cons: Pressure salesmen in lobby...too much forcing sales..noise, crowding, cruise director and staff catered to active participants and seemed to forget about activities for those of us who would enjoy playing cards,etc..
Review: We enjoyed the wait staff in main diningroom. They were very accommodating in making substitutions due to my food allergy. The woman who ran the Wine Cellar was amazing. Wine Cellar is a nice and quiet alternative to loud martini bar. Lounge chairs in solarium were soft but uncomfortable.

Excellent food in the dining area and top notch service. Cabin attendant was friendly and helpful. Outstanding entertainment.
Pros: Excellent food in the dining area and top notch service. Cabin attendant was friendly and helpful. Outstanding entertainment.
Cons: Restaurant Quisine was not worth $90 for two. Food so so and service was okay. Every one there was Eastern European and hard to understand. Sent back many items and the restaurant manager was a pest about why. Labadee felt like you were a hostage to the cruise line being forced to buy and do their things. Would have preferred another port rather than the cruise line's private island. All the activities there were way over priced.
Review: See above.
Relaxing, pampering, great food and service

Pros: First time to cruise with Celebrity. The ship was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was excellent in all respects. The food was well presented and good in the buffet, very good in the beautiful dining room, and excellent in the speciality restaurants.
Cons: Although the shops were beautiful, would prefer to have had a few less, to make room for more opportunities for a cocktail and music during the evening.
Review: The weather was terrific. We chose mid April, for warm but mainly dry weather. Every day was sunny, temperature in the upper 80's, with low humidity. Of all the stops we made, the 2 1/2 hour walking historical tour of the fort and city of San Juan (which reminds you of old New Orleans) was the most enjoyable. Although we are aware of the high crime rate in the city, there was an ample police presence and the people were very friendly, especially in the bars and shops. Choosing Fort Lauderdale instead of Miami was a vast improvement over the car traveling experience. We used Park'n Go to store our car, with a quick trip to the boat. Much less cost. Highly recommend it.
Right size ship, very clean, large room and balcany
Pros: Right size ship, very clean, large room and balcany

Pros: Loved Aqua Class, enjoyed the drink package, a more elegant staff than RCCL
Cons: The final show was a let down; very ordinary.
Review: Overall, we had a lovely time on this cruise. The pre cruise hotel, the Monaco Grand Canal, was very convenient in terms of location and the staff were lovely. It was off the Grand Canal and close to St. Marks Square. The rooms were very small, though. Breakfast was fine. On the ship, Aqua Class is definitely worth the upgrade. You get to eat dinner each night at the time you want in the specialty restaurant, BLU for not extra charge. BLU can only seat around 130 people. The feel is more like a fine restaurant in Miami or NY. Aqua class also gives you bottled water in the room and flavored tea each day. The onboard drink package is definitely worth it even for the lighter drinkers. It includes gratuity so no thinking is required! On the first night, there is usually a special (2 for 1) for the specialty restaurants. No need to book that night in advance. Had dinner one night in the Tuscan Grill specialty restaurant for $45pp, but, did not have to. The food in BLU is special enough. The shows overall were good; the Broadway song show was the best. The comedy show very good. The final show disappointed us. It was very slow and did not feature the dancers. Celegbrity is a more elegant ship than RCCL in terms of the look, the staff and the passengers. We enjoyed our vacation very much!
Beautiful ship, friendly staff, good food, lots of unique eating venues.
Pros: Beautiful ship, friendly staff, good food, lots of unique eating venues.
Cons: storage in our balcony cabin was a bit tight. There were only three drawers for clothes and no shelving.
Review: This was our first Celebrity cruise, and we were very pleased. The ship was quite spacious. In general we never felt crowded. The entertainment, for the most part, was quite good, and a nice variety. Our two favorite shows were a Broadway review and an aerielist show. This second one was something we had never seen in all of our years of cruising.
