Athens (Piraeus) | Saturday, May 24, 2025 | Saturday, May 24, 2025 |
Piraeus is the seaport for Athens, the capital of western civilization, which boasts a fantastic mix of classical ruins and vivacious modern life. Climb the hill of Acropolis to wonder at the Parthenon, join the lively Athenians in Constitution Square, and find a welcoming taverna for spirited bizouki music, plenty of ouzo to drink, and energetic Greek dancing. Piraeus is the largest harbor in the country. The white chapel of St. George at its summit has a theater bearing the same name. The hill of Nymphs is the site of a planetarium, which is located above magnificent Thesseio temple. Among all of these hills, Acropolis is the one that glorified Athens and the whole Greek world and became the symbol of the western civilization. Bays and small rocky or sandy coves dot the area and during the summer are filled with Athenians and foreigners enjoying their beauty.
Santorini | Sunday, May 25, 2025 | Sunday, May 25, 2025 |
Santorini is everything that has made the Greek islands legendary. The world famous island of Santorini is the southern most island of the Cycladic group in the Aegean Sea, and is located north of Crete. Its population is distributed among thirteen villages and just exceeds nine thousand. The marvelous dry climate and unbroken sunshine create year around conditions which are perfect for observation, photographs and videos under an extraordinary variety of natural lights and colors.
Kusadasi (Ephesus) | Monday, May 26, 2025 | Monday, May 26, 2025 |
Visitors come to Kusadasi for beaches and nearby ruins of Ephesus. The major attraction is the archaeological site of ancient Ephesus, considered to be most important in Turkey. The history of this ancient city dates back to 10th century BC; many remarkable structures seen today are result of an excavation and restoration program. Along a white marble road grooved by ancient chariot wheels, the two-story Library of Celsus presents a striking sight. There are temples, houses of noblemen, and community buildings lining ancient streets. Nestled in the mountainside is a 25,000-seat amphitheater, still used for performances during Festival of Culture and Art. Bible buffs may know Ephesus as inspiration for St. Paul’s Epistle to Ephesians and the site of one of the first seven churches of Asia Minor. Treasures are kept in the Seljuk Archaeological Museum. Among the better-known ancient sites near Kusadasi are ancient Miletus and Dydima. Remains include a well-preserved Roman theater at Miletus and Dydima's sacred temple of Apollo.
Mykonos | Tuesday, May 27, 2025 | Tuesday, May 27, 2025 |
Mykonos's many captivating attributes make it one of the most celebrated Greek holiday islands. Its main village is a colorful maze of narrow streets lined with white-washed houses, many with bright blue doors and shutters. As an attractive backdrop, famous windmills are lined up like toy soldiers on the hillside, vestiges of a time when wind power was used to grind grain. Mykonos has churches and chapels scattered about the island; quite a number of them are located right in town. Radiant flowers spill over white-washed walls and shady courtyards. In addition to swimming, sunning, water-skiing and surfing, visitors find endless shopping opportunities. Artists have relied on Mykonos' beautiful setting to inspire them. The most photographed site is the Paraportiani, a cluster of white-washed churches resting below windmills. Mykonos's museums include an Archaeological Museum, which houses relics from the Trojan War, a Folk Art Museum and a Maritime Museum. The best beaches are Aghios Stephanos, Psarou, Kalafatis, Onros, Panormos and Elia.
Volos (Meteora) | Wednesday, May 28, 2025 | Wednesday, May 28, 2025 |
Volos is a commercial and industrial city; it is Greece’s third-largest port. The location in the gulf of the same name and near scenic Mount Pelion ensures this town an attractive setting. Interesting sites in the surrounding areas include imposing monasteries perched atop craggy mountains and a fine Archaeological Museum. Remains of Mycenaen buildings have been discovered near the river, where a palace stood around 1400 B.C. The main reason visitors come to Volos is to depart on excursions to the monasteries of Meteora.
Thessaloniki | Thursday, May 29, 2025 | Thursday, May 29, 2025 |
Thessaloniki is Greece’s second largest city, busiest seaport after Piraeus, major cultural center in northern Greece, and capital of Macedonia. Prehistoric remains in the city’s vicinity show the area was settled as far back as 1000 B.C. Thessaloniki is considered more cosmopolitan than Athens. In 1997, the European Community honored the city with title of “Cultural Capital of Europe.†Although many older buildings were destroyed in a 1917 fire and during bombing attacks in World War II, the city still has historical landmarks ranging from the 15th century Venetian Tower to the Arch of Galerius. There are also magnificent churches. The main hub centers around Aristotle Square, a traffic-free area surrounded by arcades with cafes and restaurants. The pedestrian strip along the water’s edge is a popular seafront promenade. Main thoroughfares, Odos Mitropoleos and Odos Tsimski, are lined with luxury shops and boutiques. On Aristotle Street is the picturesque Central Market. Paradise Baths, a Turkish bathhouse dating from 1444, is still in use today.

Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy. The "Fit to Travel" note should be faxed to the Access Department at 1-954-628-9622. If you have already booked a cruise or Cruisetour and do not meet this requirement, please call Celebrity at 1-866-592-7225 or email them at info@specialneedsgroup.com.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Celebrity ships are designated as non-smoking. However, Celebrity does recognize that some guests smoke. Therefore, cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any guest stateroom, nor on any guest veranda. If a guest is in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250USD will be applied to their SeaPass account and the guest may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. A guest must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard. Additionally, there is a non-smoking policy on all components of the land tour portion of all Celebrity Cruises cruisetour products.
Celebrity is committed to providing all its guests with an unrivaled cruise vacation. Their extensive attention to detail will make your vacation one that knows no boundaries.
Dialysis
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis are welcome to board all Celebrity Cruises vessels. However, Celebrity Cruises does not have the ability to assist or administer hemo-dialysis treatments. Guests should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to sailing. Please contact Celebrity for more information on policies and procedures.
Oxygen
All types of oxygen are permitted onboard. Please notify Celebrity as to quantity, type and delivery schedule. Each vessel has a different storage policy. However, you will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom.
Mobile Disabilities
Every ship in the Celebrity fleet was designed with every guest's need in mind. You'll find wide, spacious corridors, to allow 180° turns for wheelchairs. Most decks are accessible through automatic doors, and all public rooms feature entrances with gradual inclines.
Celebrity will provide complimentary wheelchair assistance for embarkation and disembarkation only.
If you would like to have a wheelchair during the cruise, there is a limited supply of wheelchairs available on the ships. Please contact the Access Department if you would like to make a reservation for a wheelchair. If you want to ensure you will have a wheelchair or scooter onboard, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from one of these approved vendors. They will deliver the mobility device to your stateroom on the ship:

On the web: Special Needs at Sea website
Guests may bring and use wheelchairs, mobility scooters and other assistive devices onboard the ships. Due to safety regulations, Segways may not be used onboard.
Assistive devices including mobility scooters must be stored and recharged in your stateroom so fire doors, corridors and elevator lobbies are kept clear for emergency evacuation. When parked throughout the ship, they must be parked out of the way to allow safe and easy access by other guests and crewmembers.
Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. Celebrity offers accessible staterooms which have wider doorways measuring at least 32 inches wide and may accommodate larger devices. If you have an assistive device larger than 32 inches wide, please contact the Access Department for assistance.
Please note: Crewmembers are NOT permitted to lift assistive devices.
Accessible Staterooms
Accessible staterooms are designed with wider doors, roll-in showers, grab bars and other special features for guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities that require the use of the accessible features of that stateroom.
Accessible staterooms are held for people with disabilities until all other non-accessible staterooms in that category are reserved. Upon reserving an accessible stateroom, Celebrity requires that guests acknowledge the need for the accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form.
If a guest is booked in an accessible stateroom and they do not have a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the features that are provided in the accessible stateroom, they may be moved at any time to a non-accessible stateroom in order to accommodate a guest with a disability. Please note that Celebrity will investigate and take action on potential misuse of accessible staterooms where there is good cause to believe that such staterooms have been booked fraudulently.
For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an email to special_needs@celebrity.com, or have your travel professional contact Celebrity.
Boarding Accessibility
Airport Transportation - If requested in advance, Celebrity can arrange for accessible transportation to transfer guests between the airport and the pier. This service is offered at no extra charge to their air/sea guests or those who have purchased cruise-only transfers. Accessible transportation may be limited or not available outside the U.S. Contact your travel agent or Celebrity for details.
Extra Assistance at the Pier - Celebrity Cruises offers boarding and departure assistance with wheelchairs to guests with mobility disabilities. Request assistance once you arrive at the pier or contact Celebrity prior to your cruise so that they may prioritize your assistance to go onboard. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance.
Many ports provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters. However due to various conditions - such as steepness of the gangway, tendering, weather, tidal and sea conditions, and shore-side facilities - guests using assistive devices may be precluded from getting on or off the ship.
Celebrity will make reasonable efforts to assist guests, but for safety reasons, their staff is not permitted to lift guests or equipment. Assistance with manual wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc. will be provided.
Assistance Onboard - Celebrity will provide reasonable mobility assistance to guests in accessing areas of the ship that are not accessible.
Traveling from Ship to Shore - At some ports, the ship will anchor off shore, and guests are taken to shore by small boats called tenders. Even if the ship is scheduled to dock at a pier, it can change to tendering.
Guests with assistive devices who are unable to take a few steps will be unable to board tenders unless roll-on capability is available.
In order to safely board most tenders, guests must be able to take steps and use a collapsible manual wheelchair. In addition, motorized wheelchairs and mobility scooters can not be taken on tenders, unless roll-on capability is available. Inquire about tender roll-on capability at the Guest Relations Desk while on board. Please note roll-on capability is not guaranteed.
Weather, sea conditions and other factors may preclude tendering. Safety of the guests and crew is the primary consideration, and the Captain and his staff will make the final decision regarding transferring guests and their assistive devices based on safety reasons.
If guests are unable to tender or disembark due to these circumstances, there will be no refund or credit for missed ports. While Celebrity recognizes your disappointment, the safety of guests and crew takes precedence.
Hearing Disabilities
Celebrity accommodates guests who are deaf and hard of hearing by providing them with technological advancements wherever and whenever possible. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please request and complete the Guest Special Needs Form from Celebrity. For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an e-mail to special_needs@celebrity.com, or contact your travel professional.
Amenities for Hearing Impaired Guests include:
Visual Disabilities
Celebrity has made the cruise experience as effortless as possible for guests who are blind or have low vision. Some Celebrity ships incorporate Braille in public areas and elevators. As always, crew and staff are on hand to assist in every way at any time. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please request and complete the Guest Special Needs Form from Celebrity. For additional information, contact the Access Department at 1-866-592-7225 (voice), send an e-mail to special_needs@celebrity.com, or contact your travel professional.
Amenities for Vision Impaired Guests include:
Service Animals
Celebrity warmly welcomes service dogs on all ships except those sailing to the United Kingdom (UK) due to DEFRA regulations. Please note: pets are NOT permitted onboard.
A service dog is defined as "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability." Service dogs are not considered pets. Evidence that a dog is a service dog is helpful, but not required (such as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses and/or tags or the credible verbal assurance of the person with a disability using the animal).
Celebrity will provide 4 feet by 4 feet relief areas with cypress mulch to accommodate service dogs. Sod for sailings from the U.S. can be provided if requested in advance and is available. Relief areas are provided on a shared basis with other service dogs onboard. Please note that The Lawn Club on Solstice class ships is not designated as a relief area. Please notify the Access Department at time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing, if a service dog relief area is needed.
Service dogs are permitted to accompany the person with a disability in all public areas, including dining venues. While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or other restraining device. Due to health regulations, service dogs are not permitted in pools, whirlpools or spas.
Care and supervision of the service animal is the sole responsibility of the owner. The ships are not required to provide food or care for the animal. Guests may bring a reasonable quantity of food and bowls for the dog onboard the ship at no additional charge. If refrigerated space is needed, notify the Access Department at time of booking, but no later than 30 days prior to sailing.
Guests are responsible for obtaining all required permits for service dogs to depart the ship in non-U.S. ports. Guest must carry a copy with them on the ship, and leave a copy with the Guest Relations Desk after boarding the ship.
To obtain specific information on required documents for service dogs, please visit the U. S. Department of Agriculture's website. All documentation and immunization requirements are established by government authorities and not Celebrity Cruises. Please note requirements are subject to change without notice.
If the guest chooses to disembark the ship at a port at which the service dog must remain onboard, the guest must make arrangements to ensure that the dog is cared for. Note that the ship's staff is not required to care for the dog, nor can the dog be left in the stateroom unattended.
Internet access is available in the Internet Café 24 hours a day until debarkation is completed.
Guests can also connect to the Internet on each ship in the Celebrity fleet, either by accessing a 24/7 wireless connection "hotspot", or utilizing the resources of the Internet Café located onboard. Depending on class of ship, you can access the Internet from your stateroom. On Solstice Class chips, the full ship is wireless; on Millennium Class ships you may be able to access wireless service from your stateroom based on where the closest hotspot is located. You will be able to receive email, via satellite link 24 hours a day, satellite conditions permitting. There is also an Internet Manager on board to assist you.
Internet Packages
Every Celebrity ship has a minimum of one fully licensed physician and two licensed nurses onboard. Types of medications kept onboard are limited, and guests must bring an adequate supply of any medications they may need on their cruise.

Pros: Friendliness and professionalism of employees throughout the ship…constant smiles.
Cons: Hair dryer is what wound have been acceptable 25 years ago…terrible now.
Review: I appreciated the work the captain did to rearrange our ports once he realized how the weather would impact our cruise. I have taken several Viking River Cruises, but this was my first ocean cruise and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The service was good, the staff was wonderful, the ship was very clean
Pros: The service was good, the staff was wonderful, the ship was very clean
Cons: Excursions: too large groups, and we always felt rushed, no time to even take pictures
Review: The service was excellent, the states room very clean, the Spa was very enjoyable and relaxing, the entertainment was also very good. We did have to up date our drink package from classic to premium, which we feel was too costly and it still did not include all the drinks.
Met the minimum requirements
Pros: Met the minimum requirements
Cons: Very dated ship, nothing outstanding, the staterooms needed updating in the worst way, everything was old and very dated.
Review: The bathroom needed new caulking as it was black and stained, the room interiors were very outdated, hardly any shopping onboard only two or three small shops. The personnel was great, very friendly, the food was very good.
Food and service in Luminae, Drinks at Martini Bar, Butler service.
Pros: Food and service in Luminae, Drinks at Martini Bar, Butler service.
Cons: 20+ years old ship in needs of a major facelift, overpriced Retreat Suites, Lack of training in many of the bartenders.
Review: Celebrity Retreat Suite product very good on Beyond ship but almost non existant on Infinity due to the age of the boat which has not yet been refurbished to the Retreat standards but which is charging full Retreat prices...... After cruising with Celebrity for over 35 years I am very disappointed by the misleading marketing of an otherwise very well designed type of Suite class. Looking forward to compare the experience on the new Ascend.

Review: Cruising with the Celebrity Infinity was an amazing experience! Absolutely loved seeing the Mediterranean and enjoyed meeting the staff! Big shoutout to Rahul and Aditya in the Trellis dining room! Made our dining experience one of a kind! The officers were the best and the entertainment was top notch!
The staff was excellent and met our every need. Very courteous and friendly.
Pros: The staff was excellent and met our every need. Very courteous and friendly.
Cons: The free wi-fi was very poor unless you were in public areas.
Review: We had lovely weather while sailing which was wonderful. Cool, breezy and no rain the entire week. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. It would have been nice to have more help at guest relations during busy times because there was always a line. Better wi-fi would be nice, too.
Pros: No Pros
Cons: No Cons
Review: The cabin was adequate, but the bathroom was not. The shower was tiny, as well as the entire bathroom space. The ship needs TLC. Torn carpets, rust all over the ship. The people that are in charge of the shore excursions on the ship don't really know anything about the ports. They couldn't answer any of our questions. The food was ok in the dining rooms, but the buffet lunch and dinners were bad. Two stops, one in Thesiliniki and the last in Hydra had very little to see. All the other ports were wonderful. There was lots of entertainment at all hours on the ship,
Outstanding Entertainments and Activities,
Pros: Outstanding Entertainments and Activities,
Cons: Staterooms are old but liveable, Food is good but few dishes can be improved
Review: The staff of the entire ship were trying every effort to please the guests.
Right ship size for the Drake Passage, good entertainment, wonderful crew, good food
Pros: Right ship size for the Drake Passage, good entertainment, wonderful crew, good food
Cons: Showing her age, no promenade deck,
Review: The captain participated in liars club game shows as a panelist with the cruise director and Naturalist. Amazing friendship between them. They made fun of each other and the others country, and I thought on any other ship, the Captain would have declared insubordination. It was fun and special to have the captain involved.
Food, service, more intimate experience, clean
Pros: Food, service, more intimate experience, clean
Cons: Older ship
Review: Celebrity delivers again with its superb dining and overall service. The ship is older and could use some refurbishing, and we found the staterooms a bit tighter than the newer ships. But that did not deter from the overall experience, and the staterooms were kept very clean. The ship is also smaller, which has its downsides (you feel the chop a bit more than a bigger ship, and if the cruise is at full capacity, you have less options for privacy). Other the other hand, a smaller ship creates a more personable experience, which is felt in the outstanding service by the crew. The highlight was the dining experience. The Oceanview cafe, although serving the same selections daily, was absolutely fantastic quality. We did Aquaclass, so we had access to the Blu Restaurant—this was a highlight of the trip for us, and provided not only superb breakfast and dinner, but variety as well. The speciality restaurants were good, but not necessary because of the tremendous quality of Blu and the Oceanview Cafe. The biggest drawback for us was the entertainment. We did not find the shows and activities appealing. But we did enjoy going to the Spa (Persian Garden access via Aquaclass) and lounging around the various pool areas and terraces. As for the excursions, this is a personal choice for each cruiser and could make or break the experience. We booked the excursions early and had a fantastic experience. It added great color to the trip since going on excursions is the main reason for our travels. Overall, we would absolutely recommend the Infinity to family and friends.
Wonderful food, delightful staff, enjoyable itinerary
Pros: Wonderful food, delightful staff, enjoyable itinerary
Cons: Fear of bad weather, which did not happen
Review: We were in the Aqua Class, which had small cabins, but access to the spa and a wonderful shower with 5 jets plus the overhead sprinkler. We had access to BLU restaurant, which was so good we went there every night. Our trip included wine, generously supplied by our sommelier
Being with people that have fun together.
Pros: Being with people that have fun together.
Cons: It was only a week long cruise
Review: The crew, from Captain on down, were visible, engaging and helpful. While the cabin was very nice it was showing a little age. The food selection was wide-ranged and there was always something that appealed to everyone in our group. The entertainment was the best I've seen this year; this being my 4 cruise in 2022 (but the only one on Celebrity this yr). Kudos Celebrity!!
Cleanliness and knowledgeable/friendly staff
Pros: Cleanliness and knowledgeable/friendly staff
Cons: More beer selections, namely Labatt Blue and Labatt Blue Light
Review: This was my first cruise and I loved it!
Value, experiences, time spent together
Pros: Value, experiences, time spent together
Cons: Didn't love Cozumel, but ended up at the beach and it was great.
Review: Wonderful trip to take our young adult kids on. They had a ball. It was so fun spending time with them laughing, sunning, touring and dancing. Great value and options. We didn't love Cozumel (had been there before), but it was one of the only ships that worked with our schedule. Celebrity was amazing to sail with. The service and attentiveness was top notch.
Amazing

Laid back vibe, Good food and drink
Pros: Laid back vibe, Good food and drink
Cons: Departure was not good!
Review: I really enjoyed this cruise. It is a perfect short cruise for a laid back vacation. Both Cozumel and Key West are perfect places to enjoy outdoor sports, the beach, or a walk around town. This is not a shopping vacation. Both in town and on ship, things are expensive. Buying jewelry is always dicey when you are buying from an unknown source. If it’s a great deal, it probably isn’t! Get the drink package if you want to enjoy a variety of drinks without sticker shock at the end. If you want to tip on your own, make sure to see customer service about taking the automatic tip off. Both the bars and the spa add a tip, so don’t feel the need to tip again! Departure can be painful if you are traveling as a group or wait for a ride! Once you get to the luggage area, bathrooms are not plentiful or clean. Outside, sitting options are limited. There are masses of people standing around for rides. It is chaotic.
Great breakfast variety, i.e. Eggs Benedict, omelets any way you like, many more.
Pros: Great breakfast variety, i.e. Eggs Benedict, omelets any way you like, many more.
Cons: Lousy Captains Club Lounge service as well as the theater. Not enough servers. They really hawk their new "QSine" dining. They are all over advertising it.
Review:
Really enjoyed the educational offerings even though they were offered too early with one after the other leaving little time to get breakfast..e.g. 8:30, 9:30, 10:30. Why not spread them out a little throughout the day and begin a bit later for better attendance! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The ship was very nice! We saw and did many, many great places that we never imagined visiting in our lifetimes!

Cons: We would have desired a Catholic priest be on board the entire cruise. The excursions were expensive
Review: Many times all excursions came in at the same time and had not eaten on their outing and the food services were all closed except salad and pizza! Staff know that after 4 - 6 hours of touring without opportunity to have lunch, people will head for food. but so many times it was closed down. Since we were on back to back tours, we had to change rooms mid-trip. This was a big inconvenience. During day of end of first half, we were "near" Rome, but NO EXCURSION available for those of us staying on board for continuing cruise. Finally they cobbled together an excursion to Tuscany. but would have preferred something into Rome!!! While the food was tasty, the selections were fussy....lots of kind of odd selections and ingredients.
Lots of interesting ports, excursions
Pros: Lots of interesting ports, excursions
Cons: Limited craft activities available
Review: Entertainment enjoyable but not exciting. Speakers had interesting science topics
Ship was very clean and staff very attentive.
Pros: Ship was very clean and staff very attentive.
Cons: Food quality, shore excursions
Review: Food quality poor in formal dining area; food was overcooked and portions were tiny. Salad bar in cafeteria did not have enough selections, there was no non-fat or low-fat dressings and not enough staff so lines were long and there was not enough seating.
food preperation and dining, dining staff
Pros: food preperation and dining, dining staff
Cons: entertainment

Friendly Crew and great sevice. Food was very good.

Excellent Food, service and accommodations
Pros: Excellent Food, service and accommodations
Cons: NA
Review: We loved the cruise. Stateroom very comfortable and service from our housekeeper, Winnie and our butler were exemplary. We were sorry to miss Puntarenas. Our only negative comments would be directed to the boarding and disembarkation procedures (not aimed at the cruise line's performance).
Great food, entertainment and scenery
Pros: Great food, entertainment and scenery
Cons: Days at sea, lack of wifi in ports
Review: This was our first cruise, and we loved the Celebrity dancers and singers! We were surprised at how professional they were. The food and restaurant service was also a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our waiter Shobith in the Trellis dining room. We particularly enjoyed the talks by Naturalist Milos. We found that the days at sea were a bit tedious, as we prefer to be exploring new locations rather than participating in on board activities. The opportunities for free wifi in the ports was very limited, which was frustrating.
The food is fabulous.
Pros: The food is fabulous.
Cons: Shore excursions are expensive transportation only. Limited time at event and no history provided. Disappointing
Review: Cruise ship less clean than other sailings. Short of staff in dining room ,gift shops and other service areas.
Services, food, pools and teen club
Pros: Services, food, pools and teen club
Cons: Drink package, too many up sales
Review: Great services, food and friendly staff. My kids love to hang out in the teen club. Love the pools, not crowded and nice design. Our waiter and assistant waiter at Trellis were very helpful. Wish there could be more variety of activities at night than just singing and dancing, like to see acrobats, Vegas shows, etc. Drink package was very confusing in terms of what were excluded and why were they being excluded.

Modern, comfortable, friendly, neat, intuitive layout.
Pros: Modern, comfortable, friendly, neat, intuitive layout.
Cons: Can’t think of any.
Review: We were a family of four on our first-ever cruise. Each family member had a full and rich experience. My wife was concerned about motion sickness but her worries proved unfounded. There were lots of enjoyable daily activities to pick from, ranging from athletic and leisurely to intellectually nourishing to flat out pampering. And of course the dining ... several great options and each finger-licking yum! We especially enjoyed talks by naturalist Milos Radakovich, who displayed great mastery in imparting valuable knowledge with flair and entertainment. Having a personal butler assigned to our suite was a huge plus. We were thoroughly spoilt! On top of that the shore stopovers were well chosen, neatly planned, and efficiently managed. Staff in the ship at all times were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Encounters with individual waiters like Elena in Sushi on Five left an impact. The best part was that all this wonderful experience was enjoyed by the whole family. We were in close proximity to each other yet each of us processed the cruise in their unique way and to their personal satisfaction. We really did not know what to expect from this holiday or how it would turn out. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.

Review: This was our first cruise and we are so glad we decided on Celebrity. The food was fantastic. The service could not have been better. Our steward, Singh, was so nice and was always available for any question, and request. He was so knowledgeable about everything. Our cabin was spotless each day and we had hors d'oeuvres delivered every afternoon...he was really exceptional. Everyone working at the buffet each day was so friendly and the food choices were outstanding. The Trellis Restaurant was very nice and we had wonderful meals and Budi was our favorite server there. We ate at Sushi on Five, and had great sushi there 2 nights...our favorite server was Alena and she made some great suggestions helping us to order and remembered us when we returned. Had a wonderful steak at The Tuscan. And, the most fascinating dinner at La Petit Chef...we went twice. It was so unique and we laughed and had such a good time there..and the food was great: each course was so good, especially the lobster and dessert! We videoed each course and have watched it many times and showed to friends. Our concierge Joao was the best...he helped us with excursions and reservations and changes when necessary. And Alaska was so beautiful..the highlight being the whales...WOW!! Saw so many. The glaciers were breathtaking...so many great pictures. Loved the cruise.
Easy on/off boarding, wonderful accommodations, friendly and efficient staff, great entertainment, above adequate places to sit and view scenery or visit
Pros: Easy on/off boarding, wonderful accommodations, friendly and efficient staff, great entertainment, above adequate places to sit and view scenery or visit
Cons: Route of vessel displaying on TV not as detailed as could have been, maintenance on cabin deck with rail, binoculars in room poor quality

Good ports
Pros: Good ports
Cons: Too many extra fees for things that used to be free
Review: Ship was fine. Had sailed on the same ship before. Food wasn’t as good this time. Didn’t like the extra fees for some fitness classes. Song and dance shows were OK, but have seen more professional shows on previous cruises
cruise (mostly) had a port day every day, shows good, dining good, cabin service awesome
Pros: cruise (mostly) had a port day every day, shows good, dining good, cabin service awesome
Cons: screwy layout for buffet dining - lots of holes. lunch was limited. Room service omelets not-so-tasty.
Review: Really had a nice cruise. the ship was fairly new looking and clean, smaller than mega ships, so less far to walk to/fro, entertainment really good - singer, 3 production shows, aerialists, magician. Disappointed that comedian was late night - shd've been a normal show. Dining was good - needed a fruit appetizer choice - only one night that had one. Steaks were good, tender. Veal Cordon Bleu didn't have cheese - what gives with that? Ports were fun, and even though we had an excursion cancel at last minute, and therefore had to wing it in two ports, easy enough to figure out something to do ashore, which we did. Tenders ran smoothly in the two ports that had them. Best part of the trip was that the folks who served were without exception pleasant and helpful - seemed like they enjoyed their jobs - you be friendly to them, they responded in kind.

Review: This was a great vacation experience form the beginning. Our travel Agent and the Celebrity staff were all OUTSTANDING!
Ships crew and great food
Pros: Ships crew and great food
Cons: Ships is showing her age
Review: Very friendly crew. Every crew member we encountered acknowledged us and were very courteous. Our cabin steward was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Our cabin had some minor issues with loose door hinges that should be looked at. Bathroom small but very efficient. Good size shower. Dining room staff were attentive and made good recommendations as to what was best to have on the menu each night. The buffet food was plentiful and of good quality. Top notch entertainment throughout the ship all day. All facilities were always clean and pretty well maintained. We had one elevator on one day that kept us in the twilight zone by bypassing our deck whether going up or down. Was fixed by the next day. Lot of places to have a quiet sit and relax or read if you wished. We would rate this our best cruise line of the 3 we have sailed on. We sailed with Holland America and Norwegian before this cruise.
The staff on the Infinity was unbelievable. Service and food is second to none. The cruise itself was beyond our wildest expectations!
Pros: The staff on the Infinity was unbelievable. Service and food is second to none. The cruise itself was beyond our wildest expectations!
Cons: The ship itself is showing it's age and could use updating.
Review: I would recommend this cruise to anyone who likes to be pampered and enjoys scenery. The age of most passengers would be in the 40s to 70s so if someone is looking for the party scene, this cruise is not for you. It is about relaxation and scenery. If you want the party scene, try another cruise. Our daughter and son-in-law were married on the cruise and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make the day extra special for them and our family.
Excellent service in rooms and great food variety for vegetarians. Also great on board entertainment.
Pros: Excellent service in rooms and great food variety for vegetarians. Also great on board entertainment.

Review: This was my first Cruise and I absolutely loved it. The Alaskan cruise simply exceeded any and all of my expectations.
Great Itinerary, excellent ship. Great food in main dining room and very good entertainment
Pros: Great Itinerary, excellent ship. Great food in main dining room and very good entertainment
Cons: Embarkation process awful. Buffet food just OK. Tendering delays excessive
Review: Staff were friendly and efficient. While Celebrity did a pretty good job overall, I would not choose any itinerary that had more than one port requiring a tender to get to shore. NCL and Oceania have a much better embarkation process. Does it really have to take 1.5 hrs to get aboard ?
Just the right size (It was easy to find your way around the ship). Beautiful ship!! Wonderful itinerary!!
Pros: Just the right size (It was easy to find your way around the ship). Beautiful ship!! Wonderful itinerary!!
Cons: Terrible wifi. There were not many options for wifi usage. The cost was $299. The wifi kept logging off and was very slow!!

Dinning in Blu, Quality and variety of theater entertainment, going through the canal
Pros: Dinning in Blu, Quality and variety of theater entertainment, going through the canal
Cons: Overhang on Deck 9 balcony- disappointment; blocke sun and views. Not enough tenders for Cabo
Review: Ports not that great - hot and humid. Cruise excursion in CR very depressing going through the slums. Outside of that great getaway to relax, be pampered and met great people.
Very friendly crew, Beverage package ideal, Catholic services available thanks to a Deacon on board
Pros: Very friendly crew, Beverage package ideal, Catholic services available thanks to a Deacon on board
Cons: Entertainment was enjoyable, but production not as great as other cruise lines
Review: We chose Selective Dining, but the first evening we were told that all spaces were full and we would have to wait until a table was available. We were not allowed to request a specific time to dine.
Best way to see Alaska is via cruise!
Pros: Best way to see Alaska is via cruise!
Cons: Food and Communication
Review: By Far, the best way to see the towns of Alaska is by cruising! Each port was amazing!!! The Captain did an awesome job at getting us close to the Glacier and it was breath taking! We purchased the Aqua Class and I was extremely disappointed to see that we didn't get any special treatment. We received a bottle of champagne in our room as we departed. The special dining room was OK at best. The food overall was a huge let down. I think if we didn't spend the extra money on the Aqua Class, I wouldn't have rated this so low. My expectations for what I paid didn't align. It was hard to find staff members that could tell us where to meet our tours, what time do we get to leave, and what time to return to the ship. The ship could use an update, but the quality of the food is what I struggled with the most.
Room was cleaned well daily
Pros: Room was cleaned well daily
Cons: Food was not great

Great itinerary! Better than average dinning.
Pros: Great itinerary! Better than average dinning.
Cons: Some of parties were too scripted. No opportunity to request a song.
Review: First time on Celebrity cruise line and I am truely impressed on how great passengers were treated aboard the ship. The daily activities are typical for a cruise ship what's different is the enthusiasm of the staff. Best food ever! Hot, delicious, interesting options, and served with a smile.
Ship was clean and well taken care of-especially for a ship of its age. Staff was really good. Food great in MDR.
Pros: Ship was clean and well taken care of-especially for a ship of its age. Staff was really good. Food great in MDR.
Cons: Buffet was somewhat boring and repetative.
Review: Had a great cruise and would recommend this ship and its itinerary to anyone. Love Celebrity.
Public staff friendly, clean in all areas, ship departures held for late tour returns
Pros: Public staff friendly, clean in all areas, ship departures held for late tour returns
Cons: Prices raised, deferred maintenance, menu downgraded, shows loud
Review: Public staff was friendly and anxious to satisfy. All facilities were under quick clean up at all times. Prices for drinks, wine, cola have been substantially raised. Deferred maintenance was recurring elevator problems, light bulbs not replaced & worn chairs. Menu in main dining room limited in selections available, repeatedly serving same vegetables (felt we had leftovers offered as one or more of the selections each night). Premium dinner rooms were not worth the extra charges. Theater shows were mostly musical and mikes were turned up to ear splitting level. Cruise Director staff was non-responsive.
Good weather, didn't get sick
Pros: Good weather, didn't get sick
Cons: Tours too expensive
Review: Huge changes in Canal since we saw it last in 1996, and more changes coming with the expansion going on. At our age (86) we didn't participate in any of the daily activities, except art auctions. We played cards, but had difficulty finding a table large enough to play on. They were always taken by other people.
Lovely ship, great service, food was good, loved Bistro on 5 and Tuscan Grille
Pros: Lovely ship, great service, food was good, loved Bistro on 5 and Tuscan Grille
Cons: The ship arrived in port with Norovirus; continued throughout the cruise though we had no problems. We were extremely careful with washing our hands and gratefully accepting the hand sanitizers offered every time we turned around!
Review: We are Elite Captain's Club members and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits thereof. Would be very much disappointed if the 123 Go program was discontinued --- that is a great incentive to keep cruising with Celebrity.
The pre-canal talks and the narration while going through the Panama Canal made the trip outstanding!
Pros: The pre-canal talks and the narration while going through the Panama Canal made the trip outstanding!
Cons: We thought we had prepared to have our guide dog (visually impaired spouse) leave the ship at all ports; were not able to go ashore in Columbia or Panama.
Review: After three vet visits and lots of paperwork preparation, we were told we could not leave the ship in either Panama or Columbia and could not leave the guide dog unaccompanied in our cabin. We were able to cancel planned excursions without penalties, but were still disappointed. We haven't figured out where we went wrong...
Aqua class, Blu dining experience superb. Staff and service excellent.

Review: This was the best cruise ever. We had outstanding everything, from the first moment we arrived at the ship until we were in our cab and driving away going to the airport and back home. The staff was always ready to help. The dining room waiters were extremely attentive, the cruise director was positive-fun-full of energy. The entertainment was amazing - 17 shows, 17 standing ovations. Food was delicious. The tours were great. We almost didn't want to come back home. Absolutely fantastic trip.
Outstanding crew service. Clean ship. Qsine specialty dining room was unique, entertaining and good.
Pros: Outstanding crew service. Clean ship. Qsine specialty dining room was unique, entertaining and good.
Cons: Promptness of virtually any service, mediocre entertainment with the exception of production numbers, main dining room food was quite adequete but lacked imagination and became quickly repetitive.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful . Food in dining was good, Speciality restaurant good, but overpriced.
Cons: 1) Getting chased out of the observation Lounge at 5:00PM every night for the
Review: We have traveled on several other cruise lines NCL, HA, Carnival, Windjammer, and though that Celebrity was a 'notch up' . In general it was comparable, and in some ways less so. Other ships utilize the dining room staff to at least one night do some entertaining, Celebrity, not so. Other ships have live music in the dining room, Celebrity Not so. The ship was clean and the staff excellent and always friendly and helpful,
Staff was professional and service was good. Excellent meal in the S.S. United States restaurant.
Pros: Staff was professional and service was good. Excellent meal in the S.S. United States restaurant.
Cons: Had to wait in line each night for a table. No books in the library. Also, see below:
Review: One very disappointing situation--upon leaving port my husband and I liked to go to the Constellation Lounge in the front of the ship to have a drink as we observed the beautiful scenery. On 3 of the 5 port departures, we and other passengers were told we had to leave the lounge (with the best views) as a private party would be using this venue. The private party was for the "elite" passengers. We did not like being treated as second class citizens, and other passengers were quite angry also as they were denied access to this public area. If a party was planned for these passengers, it should not have been in this particular lounge, which should have been available for all passengers.
Entertainment, customer service, room accommodations, dining service
Pros: Entertainment, customer service, room accommodations, dining service
Cons: there was advertised a chiropractor and an acupuncturist and they were not on board.
Review: Had a wonderful time, shore excursions went smoothly, food was very good, only disappointment was that there was no chiropractor on board while it was advertised that there would be. Spa was very nice and personnel was great.

Iceland is a very interesting place to visit.
Pros: Iceland is a very interesting place to visit.
Cons: Sea day is boring.

the itinerary and well organized excursions
Pros: the itinerary and well organized excursions
Cons: Crowded conditions in the buffet area made it difficult to get food and seating.
Review: This was a unique itinerary to some very interesting and extremely beautiful ports.
wonderful staff pretty much everywhere.
Pros: wonderful staff pretty much everywhere.
Cons: would have liked more cragt projects...
Review: My only criticism is that as a back to back passenger would have liked more variety in second half of cruise re: dinners and entertainment.
The itinerary, the crew, some good tours
Pros: The itinerary, the crew, some good tours
Cons: The port information provided by Guest Relations needs to be updated. Notified Guest Relations. OceanView normally too crowded to enjoy. Go off hours. Ports are very expensive.
Review: We sailed the Norwegian fjords and Iceland including the Faroe Islands and Shetlands Islands. The weather could not have been better (except Bergen - thunder storms!) The crew was wonderful - very welcoming. Made every effort to meet and exceed expectations. If you like big cities, this is NOT the cruise for you! The itinerary was small towns and nature - very peaceful. It was great for wandering through streets, checking out the shops and talking to the locals about their wonderful cities. Some people were bored due to the lack of big city excitement. A vacation is what YOU make it. I always spoke with the tourist office and the locals for suggestions. The Golden Circle tour was great, as was the Highlights of Geiranger (plenty of photo stops) and the Shetland ponies (loved being petted)! Went to the Stave church in Bergen on my own and enjoyed it. It is easy to access via the light rail and a short walk. Didn't go to any shows so am rating entertainment a 3. Iceland and Norway are very expensive.
Activity staff, wait staff, room service staff, stateroom staff, Guest Relations, good food

Cons: Concierge staff, Captains Club staff, Shore Excursion staff - surly. Everyone was tired!!
